Dr Crandall and his whole staff are a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Crandall for over 30 years. Every procedure we have had has been painless and swift with positive and lasting results.

Just had two fillings completed yesterday with Dr. Crandall. He was a total professional, took great care, especially when making sure my bite was correct. He followed up by text in the evening to check in on me, which was a nice personal touch. In addition to a great skill set, he is very personable and puts his patients at ease. I will continue to see Dr. Crandall!

Dr. Crandall is a very rare individual. He's a brilliant dentist and person. He is humble, gentle, and truly empathetic towards his patients. I met him when my daughter, severe autism, had her first checkup. Now the whole family goes and we won't go to anyone else.

This place had overcharged me for the price of a crown, $1400 instead of just $700 somewhere else. Dr. Crandall even made the crown over my tooth that he knew quite well that it was broken and was badly infected inside. I ended up having to remove the tooth along w/ the crown a few weeks later since it was hurting me. I still had to pay for that crown in full ($700 on my part and $700 on the insurance). By far the best dental office I have gone to. The staff is experienced, friendly, efficient, and much more. Everyone is wonderful. Dr. Crandall does great work and takes care of his patients!

My wife and I began seeing Dr. Crandall for our dental needs in about 2001. We were not aware that our teeth were in bad shape. We had been seeing other dentists. But apparently the cleanings we had been receiving were woefully lacking in thoroughness, ...such that gingivitis had set in to a very serious degree. Maggie was the dental hygienist assigned to care of Joyce, ...and later for me. She began frequent 'deep cleaning' processes, ...and in our opinion, probably prevented the loss of several teeth for Joyce and for me too. Joyce had some bridge replacement performed, and she was very pleased with the process and the results. I have had various issues, including needing a porcelain crown prepared for one tooth. I was very impressed at how Dr. Crandall maintains an understanding of current dental technology, and implements new technology to avail his patients of world-class dental services. The porcelain crown was being prepared on a computer -controlled milling machine as my tooth was being prepared to accept the crown. The crown was a perfect fit!!! I did not need to return for 'adjustments' for high places, etc. The 'one-visit' completion of the task required a little more time, but by not having to return again for adjustments, ...and being able to enjoy the feeling of having my natural tooth back, ...made the decision an excellent choice for me. I cannot say enough about the friendly, caring, and professional operation to be enjoyed at Dr. Crandall's clinic. I actually look forward to my visits to see the dentist!! Ha-Ha!! Dr. Crandall and the entire staff are absolutely fantastic!!! And Joyce and I are particularly fortunate to have Maggie do our cleaning and examinations with Dr. Crandall's follow-up. I cannot say enough regarding how impressed we have been with the thoroughness of Maggie's work. She is a treasure for sure!! I strongly recommend Dr. Crandall's clinic for all your dental services. Very nice staff, compassionate care, on time appointments!

WOW! A crown in a day!. Who would have thought it could be done. It wasn't even a day, it was a few hours, followed by a cleaning. One trip and great service. Thanks Dr. Crandall and staff, hope you have a wonderful holiday.

I switched to Dr. Crandall on a recommendation and I couldn't be happier. The thing I like the most is that he doesn't jump to conclusions or push you into one treatment path or another. Rather he is careful, considerate and able to provide options so you can choose. Great staff too.

Dr. Crandall and his great staff are very skilled in pretty much all aspects dealing with your mouth. I've been very lucky and only have one filling (at age 75) , but I grind my teeth at night. The doctor noticed this and suggested he apply bonding to make my unevenly worn-away lower front teeth look like new again and prevent them from stripping away the protective layers of enamel. Then to keep them in good shape, he made me a mouth guard. The guard prevents my teeth from grinding together, and greatly alleviates the pain I used to have when I woke up. The mouth guard is so comfortable, I hardly know I'm wearing it. I've never had another dentist or any hygienists I was more comfortable with or trusted as much as I do Dr. Crandall and his staff. As one who has disliked going to the dentist for years, I can truthfully say that going to Dr. Crandall has changed this dislike. He and his office staff are incredible and have taken superb care of all my dental needs, and many of my family members also.

I chose Dr. Crandall over a number of dentist in the area many years ago and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. I'm not blessed with "wonderful teeth" which means I require a good bit of attention. I've been going to Dr. Crandall since I was 3 or 4 years old and I would never go to anyone else. My daughter goes to see him (she's 5) and she LOVES going to the dentist because of how great they are; she especially loves Ophelia.
