I was at the hospital from 9 am - 1 am waiting to speak with him. I wasn't allowed to leave until I did. I finally did, after 17 grueling hours, but we had only about 5 minutes of conversation. It was on a laptop in a video call. He spoke to me and my mother and asked very generic questions that I had trouble understanding and answering. After he was done, my mother was handed discharge papers and we had to walk home. Not a pleasant experience. My entire day was wasted in the hospital when I could've been at school. The wait was ridiculous.

If you want real help, instead of some suit telling you what you want to hear.
