Dr. Cuong Xuan Nguyen

This Dr. should find another day job because his practice is unethical, by performing unnecessary procedures to charge patients knowing they will not have enough money to cover the procedure that they came to have done. He actually deserves no stars.

My husband made an appointment for me a week ago, with an appointment at 1:30 pm today, 12:30 I went to Google map to find the way to the address of Dr. Cuong's office. Then I suddenly saw 28 reviews for 1 star, I was surprised and went to read them one by one. I called my husband and told him I didn't want to go to this place because there were so many bad reviews. My husband "says that many people may not like Dr. Cuong, so they say that, you should try it". But I called to cancel and the more surprising thing was that the person who answered the phone when I heard that I couldn't come because I had read too many bad reviews, she asked my name and age four times, and then say I don't have an appointment, you called the wrong number. Google maps messed up the phone number so I called the wrong number? Doctor's name, address, phone number? and I would like to give the Vietnamese doctor's office 1 star, because the person who answered the phone lied. Beware of his ethical practice. I had cough, and went to his office. As a Vietnamese, I prefer Vietnamese Doctor for better communication. After checking out, he told me I needed to do a sinus surgery. I went to another specialist American Doctor who has good rating, and he said I only have small issue with my sinus that caused me to cough. He gave my a formula for homemade sinus rising that I can mix by myself, and my cough went away after a few weeks of cleaning my sinus. Sometime after this, I have learn one of my acquaintance who took her son to see Dr Cuong with minor issue, and he told her to get sinus surgery for her son too. She rightly declined it. Bad doctor. Charge more money.

They charge you for visit that not supose to (deal w/insurance)and sale noise clining in the office that dr prscribe for you (no reason). Reason to visit hearing test.and over all expriance service was very bad.

It is a very rude doctor. We came for the hearing test. After checking my mother ears. Then, he send her home for another visit to check hearing test. He never answer when my mother ask : is it finished? no response from him. We will not come back.

Worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. I come to get my ears checked and cleaned for the first time and he was very rude upon meeting him. He checked my ears, but told me that he wasn't going to bother cleaning my ears because it was too much work for him and that he rather I come back next time. Why bother opening a clinic, if you are not going to attend your patients. If I could, I would give him a zero rating, because he doesn't care nor does he know what he is doing. They took $155 for a hearing test that I didn't need, I had an awful pain that was not cured. Wasted 2 hours and my money.

This doctor is very poor. There is no medical skill. It is an old man. And not polite. There is still a charge for not seeing the disease. Don't waste time spending money on this doctor. Our hometown barefoot doctors are better than him.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! I was referred to him from my PCP when I was a kid. I remember coming to him once because of an ear infection, and while treating me for it, I cried so much because of the pain, and he literally told my mom I should just go deaf instead if it hurts that bad. This is just one of the horrible stories I’ve had with this doctor! In my visit I paid $ 120, the doctor just looked at me for 3 minutes and then told me that I had to pay $ 155 more to be able to examine, I do not recommend the place, if I pay $ 120 for my appointment I do not have to pay more for me to review, I do not recommend place!

Please don’t go to this doctor. He is not only mistreated his patents but also scammed them. I should have researched him first before going to him.

Never in my life have i ever seen a doctor so impatient and insensitive. Took my 2year old for hearing test, this man practically sent us away after collecting $120, said my son needed to go to a children hospital, he said he couldn't perform the test due to lack of cooperation, he spent less than one minute with us before reaching this conclusion, he didn't refund our money and we left his clinic without having the hearing test, i left his clinic with tears in my eyes. My father was very unhappy with the physician. I brought him to see physician for hearing aids from insurance referral and my father recognized that this is the same physician who treated him ten years ago for “sinusitis” yet he ended up in hospital almost died from pneumonia. I am a physician myself so I decided not to take him back for the second visit. Also, I found that the clinic asked for cash upfront to hold the spot and if no shows, patients will loose money is quite unethical. I’ll have to check if it’s legal to do so. This doctor was great, went in for Liposuction consultation. Dr. Nguyen explained the process and procedure. Lipo was scheduled for following Saturday....no problems...I look great...I will be back.

This is a horrible place. The doctor and all the staff are very rude.they try to charge you for evrything even if you are covered.

Unprofessional office staff that laughs out loud and speaks Vietnamese out loud . Hispanic window girl is ghetto . You can't understand anything the doctor says . His accent is horrible . They need to convert it to a noodle house

My mistake was not reading the reviews before taking my father here, but this doctor is the only one that speaks Vietnamese in his field. My father had a earache that gave him trouble hearing. The doctor dug in his ear forcefully and caused my father to cry out in pain several times. Finally the verdict was that there was water/fluid in his ear. Then the old lady at the front was rude as hell, saying "I told you to stand here and wait, why didn't you wait here?" Um, excuse you? Dr. Cuong X Nguyen is worst and the most irresponsible doctor ever on earth. He spent less than 3 mins on my Dad... even after we told him my Dad has history of throat cancer. He made my dad came back and forth multiple times over nothing, just to get to co-pays and claim the insurance. He is there all for the money. He is sure not qualify to be an active medical doctor. He takes advance out of people who don't speak English (mainly old and new comers)... as they don't know where else to go due to language barrier. I will report him to State. Rude doctor, I understand doctors have to get into your personal space but every single doctor I ever went to before will tell you that before he/she does it. Got in and sat down pulled me ear one way and then the other without warning and the shoved something up my nose without telling me before hand. Very rude the way he conducts business. Tells me I have an infection in my nose and is going write me a prescription for it, never did, have to call in tomorrow for it. Will not really suggest anything to help you either, only suggest things that will make him money. Wasted 300$ and an hour of my time. Does not give you much information either and really tries to rush you out of the office for the next sucker to give up his money. Would not recommend to anyone, even my enemies. I will never recommend this doctor for my family or friends. It was just the waste of time and money for me.

If there's a lower star than 1, I would be more than glad to give to this clinic, specifically this so called doctor. The very first time we came in, there were 2 cockroaches in office #3 that we were waiting in. Then the suction machine in that office was wired backwards, from what the doctor told us. So we moved to office #2. The chair in this office still had earwax from the previous patient(s) sticking on the right shoulder of the chair, also a little dark stain that looked like blood. But since we paid, I let him examined my daughter's earache, which in hindsight, I should have left right away. The doctor was very rude, threatened my daughter to cut her ear off if she didn't remove her fingers from her ear from fear of being hurt. It took a lot of restrain on my side not to punch him in the face. I told him we were done, and also the old office lady whom always tries hard to charge us for every little thing even though we are fully insured. She then had the audacity to try to charge us for the audio test which I told her we were not going to have. The whole office had this vibe of an underground, black market shady deal going on all the time. Probably from the stares and uncomfortable, rude staff and their "doctor". I'm not sure where this "doctor" obtained his education, or his staff, and it amazes me that they are actually in business.
