I have had the privilege to have Dr Berces as my Primary care Doctor for more than two years now. I worked in the health care field for some 32 + years and have seen and worked with a lot of Doctors. Dr Berces is one of the top Doctors I have encountered to date!! If you are looking for a learned Doctor, a compassionate, honest, caring and good bedside manor Doctor, look no further!! In today's world of HMO'S, high deductible health care plans, you need a Doctor who can steer you in the right direction!! The best doc apptmt I have ever had. So thorough and excellent bedside manner. Ladies in the office and the nurses also have the nicest sweetest personalities. Wonderful visit!

This doctor is completely unethical in my opinion. I was seen in the St Luke’s ER and had blood work done. I was a little concerned and asked a question about my results through MyChart, and he responded “i don’t know you, you’re a patient at LHV health network!” Not only did he not answer my question but he made me feel like i couldn’t even ask a question concerning my health without being turned away! I was seen in your ER for crying out loud! I followed the protocol of the app. If he couldn’t even answer my question, there was a better way to have answered that question!! I have never met a dr that refuses to be so uknown toward chronic illness. I went in 2 years ago for getting through a lupus flare (had lupus since 4) and he basically told me i dont have it and theres nothing he could do. He made me feel like a quack for taking prednisone and pain meds.. telling me i didnt need it. I said is there anything you can do for me? He said i can give you effexir ? Excellent Doctor. Caring, considerate and wise. I have not had the best experiences with family doctors but now have found one I will stick with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a solid family doctor.
