Great service...friendly staff...efficient...but... Prescription price n other needs with prescription total outrageously high! Eyeglass price reasonable. Great visit at my eye visit today. My doctor Is the best and so smart. I appreciate her knowledge and skills in my eye care. The nurses are so kind and helpful. I had a great experience everyone was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Vanderpool was wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of and eye doctor.

I called at noon on a Saturday because my eye was irritated, inflamed, and red. They scheduled me for an appointment the same day at 12:45 p.m. but took me as soon as I arrived. I was out by 1:15 p.m. Everyone was great and the customer service was unbelieveable.

Dr. Vanderpool and the rest of the staff that I had contact with on 2 separate visits are very thorough, and seem to care about each patient. I'm a new patient and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

From the time I was greeted by the technician Erica onto seeing Dr. Vanderpool and later working with Tori, this was the BEST experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Tori was by far an awesome help in encouraging me to find fun and style in my choice of frames. Had an amazing experience at my eye exam this morning! I was greeted with a warm and friendly greeting by Jamie and Suzanne. Shortly after checking in, I was brought back and worked up by Linsey, who was not only informative but sweet, which made me feel completely at ease! Dr. Vanderpool then came in after Linsey finished up and began one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had, and never made me stop feeling at ease at any point! Not only do I look forward to my eye exam every year, but I truly feel like I’m getting the best of the best at Chesterfield Optometric Center!
