They’re really nice and patience. Dr. Crayton know what his doing. The dental assistant was very nice and kind. She told me lots of tips to take care myself after the surgery. I took 6 teeth out at once, they done an amazing job for that. Five out of five.

I have nothing but total forward progress! I had severe TMJ and had knocked my jaw out of alignment. On the very first visit, he gave me several injections that relaxed my jaw and I physically felt it slip back into joint! He fixed my bite block and I just returned for my 6 month checkup and everything is wonderful! I would highly recommend him to anyone !

I had my procedure about 5 1/2 hours ago and feel that I was treated with respect and professionalism. During my entire visit everything that took place was explained to me which was greatly appreciated. It not only prepared me for what would be happening but confirmed my confidence in a physician I had never met before. I also appreciated their concerned for appropriate pain management issues and advice to help in the recovery process.

The office staff and Dr. Walker were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. I was so happy I wasn’t sitting in a waiting room for a long time to be seen! My procedure went much quicker than I expected and it was clear to me that Dr. Walker is an expert at what he does. He and his team made sure I was comfortable and had all of my questions answered. I was in a lot of pain when I went into the office. I was treated so wonderful by the receptionist, and the Assistant Ginny (Not sure of her spelling) .She made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was very enlightening about my problem. He even called for my MRI report on my diagnosis. These 3 people were wonderful. I do have one complaint. NOT FOR ANY OF THESE PEOPLE ABOVE. My daughter drove me to this appointment and chose to sit in her car and wait for me. She had to use the restroom. Dr. Walker and his team were amazing! I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but they made the entire process so easy and comfortable. They answered all my questions and made me feel safe.

I had an emergency tooth removal and Dr Walker got me in within an hour and had it out within 30 minutes thereafter. I had never been to him before. It was painless and quick and I was impressed with the whole routine. I’d recommend him to anyone. Very professional and kind. Good people in that office with good prices.

Dr Walker corrected another Dr's mess/mistakes and I am now pain free. He was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout and solved the issues the other Doctor created. Their billing and customer service has a lot to be discovered. My insurance states patient responsibility $0. They want to discuss billing issues with Cigna, then they should call Cigna. Customer Service from the stone age. They make mistakes and want you to fix them.

I met Dr. Walker in 1990, being referred to him by my orthodontist for a highly advanced overbite, microgenia of the chin and tongue thrust. Dr. Walker, even to this very day, has been one of the most positive inspirations and has made, by far, the most positive improvement in my life, correcting the genetic anomalies I suffered from. I got my wisdom teeth removed here and as uncomfortable as this procedure can be the staff and dentist did a wonderful job. I have been recovering quickly thanks to them. My sister also got her removed here and also had a great experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had wonderful experience from Dr. Walker and the staff. I had very severe lower jaw pain and got to remove my wisdom teeth. As I was not able to bare the pain, Dr.Walker gave me an appointment the very next day before his office hours and extracted my wisdom teeth. DR Walker is compitent, Kind, respectrul , personable and is an Angel from heaven. I believe he saved my wifes life. After dyskenesia from Parkinson got so bad it started giving her migraine headaches. we call them super MIgraines.. get them maybe once or twice a year. WE have gotten pretty good about managing pain over the years. this was different. Suffered for2months trying to get in to see him. 2 hospitals, 3 ER visits and a 5 day stay at the towers. no help!! My experiences with Dr Walker are always great!! The staff made me feel comfortable during my wisdom teeth removal and it was a breeze!

(We decided to edit our 1star review to add context after a response was made with threats to leave our business an unsatisfactory review) This good doctor purchased an item from us on eBay in January. The goods were delivered within 3 days of the product being ordered. Afterwards, the doctor requested a return through eBay but never shipped back the product. Therefore, eBay automatically closed the return when the product wasn't returned within the specified time window. No product was returned so therefore no refund was processed. The doctor then fraudulently filed a charge-back with this credit card company saying he never got a refund. A refund for a product he never shipped back to us. No correspondence was ever sent to us from him. His solution to the problem of not being able to return a product within a reasonable time and follow the procedures outlined by eBay was to steal the money from a small business in another state by filing a charge-back. It appears that was the most convenient way for him to handling the issue? If this is how the doctor handles conflict resolution over an $80 problem he caused we wouldn't recommend doing business with him. I personally wasn’t a patient of Dr. Walker. My girlfriend had her two upper wisdoms teeth removed. Once we arrived to the office, we spoke with the receptionist and discussed that we would need to know how much we would need to pay upfront; we stated CLEARLY that she didn’t want to pay for anything after surgery, when she was medicated and in pain. The receptionist never gave an answer and was unclear. Once surgery began, I left only to return 20 minutes later to wait in their waiting room. What I didn’t expect, was to hear Dr. Walker screaming at my girlfriend to “cut it out! Cut it out! I can’t work in this kind of environment!”, after he failed to fully sedate my partner, who was experiencing IMMENSE PAIN, and moaning due to that. He screamed, showing absolutely zero empathy. Dr. Walker is a great surgeon I am sure but I felt he was rude and dismissive towards me. When I was sedated I remember him being very rude and even my girlfriend heard him yelling at me while she was in the waiting room. Maybe he thought I wouldn’t remember due to sedation but I do and it was not a good experience. No problems with the nurse who was there she was the only one who made me feel heard. So glad she was there to help soothe some of my anxiety. A wonderful staff! I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain and they were able to get me in quickly to see Dr. Walker. After examination and looking at some previous notes from the dentist, he was able to explain to me exactly what he thought has happened. This will all be confirmed once I have the MRI next week. Then Dr. Walker will be able to let me know what the next step is. He was very patient and detailed when talking with me. I was visiting Utah from Montana and Dr. Walker was able to fit me into his schedule on very short notice. His staff was very kind and did their very best to accommodate me and make me feel very comfortable. I was really impressed by Dr. Walker's efficiency and speed during my procedure. Dr. Walker used a new drill while removing my four wisdom teeth — I was the first patient he used the drill on — and it took him a bit longer than it otherwise might have. Yet he charged me extra for what he said was additional sedation (which is painful). Also, there's a sign in the office letting you know that you're responsible for knowing if the office is in your insurance network. I didn't double-check, since a co-worker referred me to the office. (That's on me). It's unfortunate, though, that Dr. Walker's assistants won't let you know until after your bill arrives and you're on the hook for any outstanding balance. Again, I was aware it was on me to check, but a 5-star office would at least let you know ahead of time. When I came back for a check-up, he asked if I wanted more pain pills that he prescribed — before asking whether I'd used the whole original bottle. I hadn't, but I could have had two full bottles of opiates I didn't need. There are much more modern offices that will ask you if you mind being the test patient on a new drill, won't overcharge for additional sedation if you are said test patient and will be a bit friendlier overall. I'd recommend starting there. (He also only displays the positive reviews on his site). Dr. Walker has been practicing in the SLC area for over 30 years and shortly after meeting him, I knew I made the right choice. He is honest, straightforward, and kind. I got 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled last month. I was a little anxious for the procedure because of the horror stories I had heard from people who have pulled out their teeth. When I went in for a consult at Dr. Crayton's office the staff was so helpful and informative. After the consult I set up my appointment for the next day because the staff made me feel confident I could go through with the procedure. Dr. Walker is a great Oral Surgeon, the teeth where out in what felt like 5minutes to me. After the procedure, they gave me a call a couple of days later to check in on how I was doing which was super nice of them. I had a bit of anxiety about the entire procedure but Dr. Walker's staff spent a lot of time on the phone reassuring me and spelling out the entire procedure. On the day itself, the surgery was a breeze and I felt no discomfort and was extremely relaxed (IV sedation). The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from ensuring I had something to fill my stomach after the surgery, and having my medication ready for pick up the moment I was finished so I could get home and rest. Have been seeing Dr. Walker for a bite splint to ease my TMJ. He is excellent. Very professional. He follows me on an ongoing basis to ensure the splint continues to provide TMJ relief. Although the splint is more expensive than one from a previous dentist, the expense is worth the result. He also provides me with current medical literature to assist me with managing my TMJ. I woke up one morning with a little swelling in my cheek. I thought it was a bug bite so I ignored it. A few days passed and the swelling had gotten much worse. I usually go to the VA for my healthcare, but they don't have a dentist available unless it's combat-related (ie: a grenade explodes in your mouth - their example, not mine). I went to the VA ER and they prescribed antibiotics, but the next day the swelling had gotten even worse and spread to my jaw... which is when I officially panicked. I went to a local dentist who said the matter was urgent and recommended I see Dr. Crayton Walker, an oral surgeon. Once I arrived, to his office, his team diffused my panic immediately and told me they've seen much worse & not to worry. It turned out, my wisdom tooth grew in at a weird angle and caused an infection. I told Dr. Walker that I had to leave the country in a few days, so he rearranged his schedule and extracted the tooth right then and there. He also gave me stronger antibiotics. I felt no pain during the procedure and the swelling went away so quickly after that. To boot, I didn't have to spend an arm and leg. Since I'm technically uninsured outside of the VA, that was a huge concern of mine, but Dr. Crayton's prices were SO reasonable that I will definitely be back when wisdom tooth #2 grows back :) A sweet, professional staff that made me feel physically and emotionally better during a rough time! I just had my impacted wisdom teeth and another tooth extracted. I was in and out of there in under an hour. Didn't feel a thing during the surgery. I was very impressed with him and his staff. He was available on a Friday for me. That was a big deal to me. He was referred by my dentist who also is great. I feel very lucky.

I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for 12 years because I was so scared. I’ve heard all sorts of horror stories from other people and I was putting it off as long as I could. The staff at Dr. Walker’s office did a fantastic job of assuring me that it was not as bad as a lot of people make it out to be and that it wouldn’t be a bad experience. I was still so nervous going in that morning that I threw up multiple times and I called them to ask if we could still do the surgery. They assured me it’s not a problem that they give me confidence they would get me settled down and reassured me that everything is going to be OK. I had been really nervous that the surgery itself would be painful. I hate needles especially in my mouth but I didn’t feel anything after the IV. (We did conscious seduction) The surgery itself went very fast and was painless as far as I can remember. Dr. Walker and his dental assistant were very thoughtful and solicitous during my procedure, the extraction of a wisdom tooth. The procedure went well during which they explained what was going on and the post procedure care instructions were thorough and clear.

Dr. Walker did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth. Him and his staff always made me feel extremely comfortable and didn't make me feel bad when I was having some complications after the surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Walker is the best. The office was running on time. The staff was friendly and professional. I received excellent treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Walker.

I woke up and my mouth was so swollen I couldn’t open it wide I got into see my dentist and he said I needed an oral surgeon because I had impacted wisdom teeth they made a call to Dr. Walker and I drove up to the street to his office and there was the sweetest front desk person her voice made me feel at ease I was nervous everything was happening so fast she made me feel so welcome and safe then I went in and Dr. Walker did such a great job on the removal of my teeth and his helper is so nice and she told me everything that was happening and what would happen to me I wasn’t scared at all.. you plus your staff took great care of me I want to thank you all I am so glad Dr. Eric Larson sent me to your office great people I woke up and my mouth was so swollen I couldn’t open it wide I got into see my dentist and he said I needed an oral surgeon because I had impacted wisdom teeth they made a call to Dr. Walker and I drove up to the street to his office and … More

Dr Crayton Walker made the process seamless! I went in and out super quick and he prepared me well for the recovery process! I felt like I was really taken care of the whole time. I felt safe and confident throughout the whole procedure. All I had to do was show up and then recovered while watching Netflix for a few days :)

I met Dr. Walker in 1990, being referred to him by my orthodontist for a highly advanced overbite, microgenia of the chin and tongue thrust. Dr. Walker, even to this very day, has been one of the most positive inspirations and has made, by far, the most positive improvement in my life, correcting the genetic anomalies I suffered from. I highly encourage anyone needing oral and or maxillofacial surgery or correction to not even think to consider anyone but Dr. Walker. He is by far the most skilled oral surgeon in the state of Utah and possibly the country. Thank you Dr. Walker for being such a positive person in my life, even 27 years later. I really like Doctor Walker and his staff. They are helping me through a tough situation with grace and genuine concern. And, while not charging me an arm and a leg as my insurance does not cover a lot. They are a highly recommend in my book. Ask for Nance. She is amazing. very professional and caring.

I had a surfaced, impacted wisdom tooth that I had been ignoring for a couple of years due to being poor (not affording insurance). Suddenly my jaw & cheek began to swell & fill up. Everything I read about dental abscesses said that they needed to be treated immediately to prevent further infection & possible sepsis (which is fatal). I called Dr. Crayton Walker's office on a Friday afternoon & was urged (by Nancy) to come in for a consult as soon as possible (I made an appointment for the following Tuesday). Over the weekend the abscess grew & I had to go to Urgent Care to get something to bring the swelling down. At my consultation with Dr. Walker he showed me that the problem would repeat itself with all four of my wisdom teeth & recommended having them removed immediately. Luckily we scheduled my surgery for that following Friday. All of the staff working at Dr. Walker's office were extremely nice & helpful, answering all of my nervous questions. Jodi, the dental assistant, was available by phone at any point to answer my questions about bleeding, swelling, etc. The operation itself happened very quickly & although it is a painful surgery I was prescribed enough pain medication & antibiotics to recover comfortably. Initially I was afraid of even going to the dentist because I do not have insurance. However the financial assistant, Bonnie, worked with me to design an affordable payment plan. My gums are still healing, since they were infected to begin with, but I am feeling much better since following their solid advice for caring for & cleaning the wounds. I can think of nothing but positive things to say about this team of professionals. Strongly recommend. Dr. Walker and staff were so wonderful when I had to get my first oral procedure. He was very professional and answering all of my questions and concerns. Totally recommending to anyone that needs oral procedures like wisdom teeth removal.

Dr. Walker understands the causes of TMJ pain & knows how to resolve it! What a relief and help to find someone who knows what they’re doing.
