I had Dr Spenner back when I was in my teens I can remember he was very good and helped me with my acne which I no longer have glad to see hes still around!

Excellent medical treatment. Staff a pleasure.

Dr Spencer is a very caring person—He explains everything well—a real gentleman and fun to visit-I would definitely recommend him

I was a little worried about going because of the low review score. A friend referred me, so I thought I’d give them a try. From receptionist on people were friendly and I was well taken care of. I’m surprised at the negative comments, but they could have replaced the receptionist or she might have had stuff going on. Dr. Spenner has been my dermatologist for 10+ years. He has also treated other family members. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable, always willing to take time to discuss my questions / concerns, and has always resolved my or my other family skin issues. I needed to share based upon the reviews I just read.

The receptionist is the worst....she must be related to spinner.

Dr. Spenner has been my dermatologist for 4 years now and I've always had pleasant, business like appointments. The wait time is acceptable and the staff knowledgeable and helpful.

He was really nice and we had a decent experience until I had quite possibly the WORST customer service experience with the receptionist today when trying to change my daughter's appointment!! She was so unbelievably rude and could have cared less about the business and my child and made that perfectly clear. We made an appointment with another dermo immediately and made sure to tell my Ped to not have them on the referral list! With the price of healthcare today- they should watch who they hire- you can lose a practice very quickly that way! This is a practice that will refuse to see and treat you unless you are 1. Willing to give them your Social Security number or 2. Pay for visit up front, then you can file your own insurance claim. My son and I walked out.....we'll find a dermatologist who places patient care above profit, and who understands that many of us a tired of dealing with identity theft.
