Dr. Craig Sapenoff

Rude! Unprofessional! Doesn't follow up! My wife went to see this doctor based on other reviews. First she waited one hour in the waiting room .He was frustrated, rude, did not listen to her needs, stated that he does not like Humana Medicare ,but then treated her calluses. He told her she needed to get 3 x-rays of her feet to treat another condition and made a follow up appointment in one week. Humana HMO plan requires him to ask for a referral from her primary doctor and then she sends it to a local imaging center .3 days and 3 times she spoke to the receptionist and she said it would be done that day. Never happened! So she had to call and cancel the follow up appointment and find a new Podiatrist. He did not care about her needs and never responded to the call.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor! Walked I there with terrible pain on my feet’s , and left feeling like a fat old last ! That I knew already ! He was rude , unprofessional ! Took of his mask blew his nose didn’t put his mask back on and didn’t even wash his hand ! Took off his shoe and put it on top of my paper work! It was like being in a bad comedy movie!? Dr Graig Sapenoff is nice, talkative and handsome but he does not care about patients at all, very unprofessional.

Doctor was informative, waiting area clean, staff friendly

Dr. Sapenoff is extremely friendly, trustworthy, and accommodating. He doesn't just walk in the room, coldly ask you questions from a computer, then tell you to have a nice day. He is personable and enjoys having genuine conversation with his patients. The front desk staff is also very nice and remember me anytime I go in. I highly recommend this practice. Excellent doctor who accommodates on schedule and provides high quality care

Dr Craig is the go-to Podriast in WPB. Without Dr Craig I wouldn't be able to walk, nevermind be an AC Technician. Fair, honest, friendly, thorough, technical...He deserves 10 ???? 's.

I am so glad that I chose to be seen by this doctor ! He was pleasant, reassuring, efficient. I was somewhat nervous about pain I was getting in my heel but he set me at ease immediately. His staff is warm and friendly. A wonderful experience!

Professional and friendly doctor! Very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this office.

The staff could be better, but Dr.Sapenoff is a great doctor, who really know what he's doing. And the waiting time is a little too long..
