Update: 2023. Dr Craig S Rosenblum no longer accepts Medicare, so I was forced to find a new provider. Dr. Craig Rosenblum and his exemplary staff are my pain management providers “par excellence “in the Desert. Professionalism, thoroughness and compassion help make a patient feel comfortable. One of the things I respect most about Dr R is his ability to listen to his patient before making up a treatment plan. I also think his surgical injections are spot on!

Dr. Rosenblum has been wonderful for pain management with respect to my very arthritic hip. He is excellent with stem cell therapy. I was able to postpone hip replacement surgery for quite awhile with his treatments. I highly recommend him. Great bedside manner.

Dr Rosenbloom is like a miracle man. He treats everyone with kindness and understanding, plus he is the best Dr. in all of Cochella Valley. He completely took away my back pain away, which I have been dealing with the past 6 months. Have gone to numerous Dr's with zero results. My experience with Dr. Rosenblum has always been top notch, and I have recommend him to others, and they all agree that the Dr. is kind, professional, and clearly educated in his field. His staff is kind and professional. I have never been RUSHED during an office visit. He always takes his time with me, tells me what is going on in my body, and treats my many problems with respect, knowledge, and a caring attitude. I have been his patient for over seven years, and I will keep being his patient for as long as he will continue to treat me.

My mother has been long standing patient. She is in extreme pain. I called to find out the status of my mother's MRI that should have been requested over 7 month's ago. I unfortunately got Susan on the phone. She is rude is the nicest thing I can say about her. I recommend speaking to Nicole who provides great customer service and understands people are dealing with critical matters, so empathy is necessary. Susan recommended I do what I think I need to do. Dr Rosenblum is an amazing and caring doctor. He will take the time to listen to your issue and actually treat the problem. Dr Rosenblum has been an amazing doctor and I trust him to give me the best care.

The best and most caring doctor I've ever been to when you see him all his sessions are 1 on 1 . So if you do have a problem it's a lot easier to tell the doctor and he's very understanding and caring you know

Dr Rosenblum was a saint to me ? I’m a Retired Deputy Sheriff that was seriously injured in the line of Duty ? I have had over 30 different surgeries on my Body over the years ? Long story short finding a Doctor that could help me with my specific needs medication etc was very very hard my The first dr in California to me to go to the ER??? But Dr Rosenblum and his Secretary were like so helpful and caring to me ! When you get injured and Your on specific medication Dr Rosenblum is #1

I do and will recommend to all of my friends and anyone I meet. Dr. Rosenblum is the best in his field. He will listen to you and give you the best advice and treatment available.

I'm a disabled Veteran and chose this local office. Apparently the medical code wasn't sufficient for "Hayes," the office biller. The V.A. asked that he call them to place the code he needs to satisfy him and he refused. He told me "this isn't my job" and "the V.A. doesn't pay us." This southern bell was so rude that I told him not to worry, I'll see to it you never receive veterans again. He replied "do what you got to do" then hung up on me. This physician is actually a one out of five. He runs a pill mill and his office is always filled with patients waiting for prescriptions. His staff is ignorant and tells you one thing over the phone and then another when you arrive. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. The only reason he is in business is because he is the only doctor that offers this treatment. He hails from New Jersey medical school. A stellar school

Felt rushed through during visits. Doctor's "bedside" manner leaves much to be desired. Office staff not always polite or professional.

Dr. Rosenblum, On my first initial visit, went over all my prior issues that had. I was dealing with a different doctor for four years and getting unsatisfactory results. One week after studying my papers and going over my issues I had an appointment set up in his surgery center. I then went into surgery center when I arrived my pain level was a 10+ and my level of confidence was not very good with prior experiences. Dr. Rosenblum comforted me with words stating we were going forward and not to look back. Much to my surprise he was correct, I got off the surgery table he asked me to stand. I did as requested and he also needed my pain level to my surprise it was a two. prior to seeing Dr. Rosenblum had given up hope I spent 10 months in bed, my only request from Dr. Rosenblum was to take it slow and follow-up and it's been a month and I'm pretty much 99% back to my normal life style.
