Staff is so nice. They were willing to work with me on my schedule since Im from another state. They have it so organized on having patients into their waiting room. That atmosphere is so fun and not boring. The Doctor was so nice and willing to answer my questions. He was attentive over my son with the issues. We just finished our visit yesterday. Everything was perfect as usually. Dr. Nakamura is my son's Lungs Specialist since he was born. Dr. Nakamura is the best lungs specialist and the outstanding Doctor in Nevada. His office and medical team is perfect too. Very very friendly and professional!

Called trying to get in contact with the doctor or nurse because of a medicine they prescribed my daughter. As a doctor I guess is just a Dr but including his staff it really is a place to stay away from, I received a bill from them that wasn’t been billed to my insurance instead they were billing to an old on file insurance I have reached out to them and never got sent to the right insurance instead they throw me to a collection company located locally in the valley and there I go down on my scores thank god I had the money to pay that off of the collection agency but of course still fighting to get that collection removed hopefully that helps to those in need of a good trustful Doctor because if that happened to me most likely it will happen to everyone, thanks for reading. Patients love this doctor, I have heard good things, however Marisela in the front office is rude and has about the worst phone etiquette from any provider’s office. Good service starts at the door and with the people that answer the phones. I hope she doesn’t answer like that every time. Talk about the worst customer service. SCAMMERS!!! I have been fighting with them for 6 years. My son had a sleep study done in April and they ended trying to charge me in May in which my insurance stated that they date of the invoice is incorrect and the need to change it. I called the office and they said that they invoice on the day they read to results (in which I never received) and will not change the date, so I have to pay them $700 just because they refuse to change the date on the invoice. My husband had orders to move to Kansas (military) so there is no way we were in Nevada in May. Insurance refuses to pay because of this and they refuse to change the date. TOTAL SCAMMERS!! He gave my son his life back n I'm so thankful for being referred to him we went thru so many different doctors with nothing to show cuz my son was still doing bad but Dr malamute is awesome! My little boy Matthew has been seeing Dr. Craig Nakamura for almost 13 years now, since 2005. We are so blessed to have the THE MOST kind, caring, concerned pulmonologist on this planet. We can't imagine our life with out Dr. Nakamura, Ryan Yoshikawa and his entire staff who have help to make our life so much more comfortable and happier. Matthew has known Ryan since birth, too. We trust Ryan completely.

He is a genius, a magician, an excellent person, a great doctor very accurate in his diagnoses and very precise in the indications, he taught me to use the stethoscope to listen to my daughter's lungs, never another doctor had instructed me of that way, for me he is the best pulmonologist in Las Vegas, 100% recommended for children ????

We brought our daughter to see Dr. N because other doctors were treating her mysterious cough and dry mouth for asthma. Dr. N suggested that her symptoms were digestive in nature and treated her as such. Her cough is gone and dry mouth reduced. We were able to follow-up with Dr. N via text messaging day or night and always received a timely response. Dr. N is personable and cares about his patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nakamura is an okay doctor but all he cares about is $$$ - that is his # 1 priority!! He will charge you for EVERYTHING!! He will do the full spectrum of testing on your child even though it's not necessary just to make more $$$.

Dr. Nakamura has been a heaven sent blessing to our family. He has taken extra steps to make sure that we receive the best care possible, including calling and texting after hours, getting into procedures and appointments quickly, and providing excellent care. Dr. Nakamura is an excellent doctor!

Dr. Nakamura has been our primary lung specialist since our son was 6 months old and he is now 4 years old. His breathing has gotten so much better since we have done everything exactly as the Dr told us too. All the medicine he prescribe is very effective. We have notice that our sons asthma is almost not existent. He used to have trouble breathing in his sleep and after heavy running and playing. Now it is never a problem for him. Dr. Nakamura has definitely help to strengthen his lungs.

The doctor was kind and generous with his time and experience. The staff was nice and the office is beautiful and kid friendly. I would recommend him.
