Terrible customer service. Terrible staff. Don’t waste your time. I made an appointment for my daughters allergy testing. After arriving and waiting, the front desk staff said the appointment was canceled. I asked why, they did not know why. They asked me to make another appointment but the first available was a month away. I had taken the day off, picked my daughter from daycare, only to be faced with a very rude front desk staff. No apology. She said possibly that I didn’t confirm the appointment. I asked what number they called and she wasn’t sure. The whole thing was crazy. I didn’t even bother making a new appointment. Dr. Kalik is very thorough and caring. He spends a lot of time with his pediatric patients at each visit and makes sure the parents understand everyone of his preventative recommendations and treatment options.

LOVE this allergist and his staff the Valrico location. The shot nurse MaryAnn treats us like family and everyone from the front of the office to the nurses are amazing. Enough can't be said about Dr Kalik. He's worth the hour drive through traffic with how respectful and up to date on latest protocols he is.

He is a thorough, kind, and patient doctor! I can tell he truly cares about my child’s health and well-being.

Wonderful to have a great allergist.

Awesome doctor....best for allergy. Gives his full attention and listens to all the issues very pateintly.staffs are very nice and friendly
