very impatient with their patients & waited to be seen for a hour and 40 minutes in the waiting room, very slow service too.

They have cancelled three appointments for my father without calling. They say they have sent letters but we have received nothing. Plus, it’s 2020 and we have a phone. On two of these occasions I have driven from Columbus to take Dad to the appointment. Unprofessional

I had glass coming out of my eyelid from being hit by a drunk driver over a year earlier. My GP sent me to Dr. Dodrill. He said he couldn't see anything in my eyelid and to leave it alone. My regular doctor sent me to Dr Cahill in Columbus that day. He did surgery that day to remove glass and debris from my eyelid and even irrigated to get out all debris. Dr Dodrill did nothing on that exact same eye on that exact same day.

I had an eye emergency over a year after being hit by a drunk driver and my primary care doctor sent me to Dr. Dodrill. I had personally taken 3 pieces of glass from my eyelid and I could still feel more. Dr. Dodrill said he couldn't see anything and suggest I just leave it alone. Dr. Foster sent me to Dr Cahill in Columbus and he did surgery that same day. He took out glass and even irrigated the eyelid to get all of the accident debris out. Very different course of action on the same day on the same eye!

Great Dr. for sure! I’ve had the very best experience here with Dr. Dodrill and his staff. I’ve had a couple serious visual issues and have had great care every time.

Appointment was with Dr. Dodrill but was passed off to another doctor with no explanation. Very unprofessional
