Dr. Craig Norman Creasman

This place is okay the office is a bit disorganized. They have mixed up my chart before and given me too much filer thinking I was someone else and a few times I call and leave messages and never get a call back. Im the one that has to call a few times to chat with someone. They can totally bump up their level of service. Lastly they keep saying the dr wants to meet all the patients. I've never once met Dr. Creasman, and I've been going to this location over a year. So again services I'm sure are fine and I've had no issues just some messy front of house stuff they need to be better about | address.

I have gone to Marisha for Botox and filler. I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is so gracious about answering any questions I might have and making recommendations. I had a mastopexy (breast lift) 5 years ago, and my areolas (nipples) are uneven. I went back for touch up work, and he butchered one of them in doing that. As a Bay Area physician, I have had the opportunity to observe several plastic surgeons, and their results. I choose Dr. Craig Creasman to perform my surgery for many reasons. He has great surgical skills, he is creative - a true artist, and he is thoughtful in the way he deals with people. He has a great office staff who are professional, organized, and supportive. My experience with Dr. Creasman was all positive. He performed a face lift and eyelid lift and results were excellent. He was thorough in his consultation, thoughtful in approach, and his skills and confidence, along with his friendly, caring staff, put me at ease. I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Creasman and I thought I would write a quick review in support knowing an aesthetic surgeon you can depend on with full trust and confidence. I say this because of Dr. Creasman's expertise, thoroughness and his professional manner. In addition, his staff members all abide by the same standards. Most recently, I incurred a dog bite to my face and I was treated by Dr. Creasman even though my visit was unscheduled.
