Very poor treatment to loyal customers. I Have been a customer for over 10 years with a family of 7 that wear glasses and loyally goes to Cassey Optical. Despite this we were recently running late for an appointment and called to let them know that we would be 5-10 minutes late. We ended up being exactly 4 minutes late but received a call indicating that our appointment was going to be cancelled because they don’t take being late. Been going there for years and never had a problem. Though when I lost my insurance their treatment of me changed, hence why it's not 5 stars. I've gotten my insurance back and will give them another shot.

My son has special vision needs and I have been taking him here for years. They are knowledgable, professional and courtious.
