I had 4 appointments with Craig Benson. My shoulder is still in pain. My hip feels somewhat better. My main observation is his LACK of RESPECT for his customers. In all 4 appointments it was obvious that he OVERBOOKED. Each time, two people were waiting for the same appointment time. Therefore, I sat in his office waiting during his entire treatment of the other person. Does that not convey a total lack of respect for another person's time? His "bedside manner" was certainly un-personable and seemingly robotic. I do NOT recommend this practitioner.

I'm very thankful for Dr. Benson and would highly recommend him. I honestly resisted going to any chiropractor for my neck pain but after trying so many other types of help & considering surgery, I figured I'd give it a try. He not only figured out how to help me when many other doctors in multiple disciplines and multiple states failed, he's the only doctor that was sympathetic and showed real concern. We love Dr Benson. He has been our go to since the early '90s.

Dr. Benson is the most ethical chiropractor I have experienced. In addition, he is excellent at assessing areas of concern and eliminating the pain and discomfort. He respects the fact that the patient is capable of determining their need for treatment. He presents treatment options but never pressures you to get treatment you do not want or need.

THE BONE WHISPERER. Flat out, hands down, the best. Period

Dr. Benson has been a life saver. He is incredibly accommodating - I can get in same day for an adjstment - and skilled. Most appointments are only 10minutes total and that's including paying.

Dr. Benson is able to quickly identify the problem area and resolve it. He is very accommodating for last minute appointments when the need arises.

I've been seeing Dr Benson for 20 years and have found no other chiropractor to match his skill and expertise. I travel an hour to see him when possible. He is the only one who can adjust my neck without resulting trauma. He's the BEST!

Over the years, I have been treated by 4-5 other chiropractors, and am pleased to recommend Dr. Benson as exceptional. When I began treatment in January 2015, I was miserable, with headaches as well as with left-sided neck, upper back, and shoulder pain and numbness. As my symptoms were chronic, my progress has been in baby steps. However, I am now grateful to share that my headaches are resolved, and my other complaints are easily managed with adjustments every 1-2 weeks.

The most recent experience was as helpful as every adjustment I've had from Dr. Benson...in all the years I have enjoyed what chiropractic offers, Dr. Benson is the only chiropractor who can manipulate my neck and bring total relief from lingering effects of a neck injury. I introduced my husband to the potential of chiropractic care about 5 years ago. He had no experience and no interest in having any.
