Worst experience ever ..they made my appointment then did not see me because the don't know how to treat broken fi ger ...i guess ...they made the appointment then then offer no treatment..wasted my day and put me through a waste of time instead of treating my pain my I add I have full coverage and all paper work with me still can not figure out why the had me come in ..seeing how they offer zero assistance

Absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever been too. I had a traumatic accident at work almost 19 years ago where my ankle was left in splinters and the bone above my ankle was disintegrated. He did an incredible surgery and was so nice to my pregnant wife at the time and myself. 19 years later and I still use my ankle like normal, never had any type of limp and only now have pain every now and again from the arthritis which there was nothing possible that could be done for that. If I could give more stars I would gladly. And if you happen to read this Dr. Bennett I am forever in your debt thank you so much.

Today was my 2nd visit to Dr Bennets office. Both times were excellent. He really knows what he's doing. He broke down my procedure,surgery to repair a fractured tibia, showed me photos of what it may look like and how it would affect me going forward and he answered every question I had. His staff were equally impressive, I visited both offices with the same experience. Really nice,accommodated me and even supported me thru some painful x-rays. I really appreciated them. I have not had my surgery yet so I can't comment on that yet,but I feel confident after my visits,in Dr.bennet and his staff and also that he will make sure I heal correctly. Would give 0 stars if I could! Dr. Bennet was rude, inconsiderate, and he berated me during my follow up from having knee surgery. His office would not work with my insurance which led to having NO physical therapy for the first 6 WEEKS! Completely regret going here!

I first met Dr Bennett in 2010 when I broke my back. I had 3 fractures. Only by God's grace was i fortunate enough for Dr. Bennett to read those xrays along with other Drs. It was Dr Bennett who saw the miniscule bone fragment floating inside the spinal column. We'll never know the damage that could've caused me, fortunately it was removed. Thanks again Dr Bennett! As to a waiting period. When I first walked into the Drs office years ago I knew I'd hit the jackpot. Building is w/c accessible,was wonderfully air conditioned, a + for a pt with COPD. His waiting room had plenty of individual seating. And best of all I see multiple staff in the office so I'm happy I know I have assistance if needed. Staff at this office give each pt. the amt of time necessary. If the person seated across from you has a cast on his leg and you don't chances are his needs may requite little more time. Great doctor. I had a slip and fall and broke my ankle. Dr. Bennett did the surgery and follow ups and took great care of me. Would recommend him to anyone.

I was sent to him for a worker’s compensation injury. He basically told me that the dr who I originally seen that was not a surgeon didn’t know what he was talking about. He said I would need a 2 Mri because the o e to got he couldn’t see what 2 other drs saw I think this was just so he could make more money. Then when I could not go through with his MRI at his office he got mad. Finally agreed to an outside facility but after the test was done I could never get a follow up appointment I would not recommend this Dr he has a terrible bedside manner and is only In It for the money

Worst place i have ever been to, Staff is rude and short tempered. For instance girl yells at my mom for tapping on glass. Then my mom waited hour and half to see doctor. Seemed only thing doctor was interested in was his watch. We called the insurance company we will not be going back.

Spoke to someone yesterday about a concern i was having with my foot. Was told that someone would call back with in that day. 24 hour later nothing no call. Call back ask why no one had call me. An i have to wait another 24 hours. What is really going on here. Guess they just dont care about there patients cocerns.i have tried to give them the benefits of the dout. This was my 3rd visit regarding shoulder pain. First was xrays, a cortisone shot. Next was follow up on the shot, had little to no affect on the pain. Dr. Bennet ordered an MRI which showed a torn rotator cuff. He told me he would do wherever I wanted, another shot or tolerate the pain until I wanted to get it fixed. He did say he thought I needed to repair it before it fully tears and the tendon retracts. I have many travel plans until November and asked if I would be safe to wait till then. I had a total knee replacement surgery with the computerdone by Dr.Bennett in December 2019. I was home in 24 hours. What a positive outcome,I followed orders,performed physical therapy as instructed,did my exercises as instructed! I have full range of motion. Thank you Dr.Bennett and staff.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Bennett and would highly recommend him.

I came in for right shoulder pain and numbness in my right hand during sleep. I was given x-ray and a cortisone injection into the site. After 2 weeks with no improvement I had a MRI, which revealed a full thickness tear in the rotator cuff. I was scheduled for surgery December 2019. Surgery revealed that one of my bicep tendons had ruptured and retracted and could not be repaired. Dr. Bennett placed 4 posts into my shoulder bone and repaired the tear. I had heard many bad stories from others about how bad the pain and therapy would be. I am very pleased to say I had very little pain, and therapy was a challenge at first, but improved quickly. It helped a lot that his office has physical therapy on site. I was placed with therapists who work directly with his patients so the communication within his practice was seamless. All of this makes it easy to give him 5 Stars and recommend him as a awesome surgeon and a great practice for your rotator cuff surgery!

I met Dr. Bennett in November 2019 after breaking my right arm and liked him from the “get go.” He and his staff are very professional and thorough, while still managing to make a patient feel important and hopeful for a full recovery!

This visit was very enjoyable. Dr. Bennett too time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. He and his staff were just wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to visit him again.

I received an injection in the bursa to help with pain in my hip replacement.

Dr. Bennett is a remarkable individual and outstanding in his field.

Very good doctor explain and answer all questions in reference to what ever the issue is .After procedures he makes sure that all he has recommended be done in a timely manor. His staff is the best everyone is always greet you with a great smile. I am very happy with this doctor and would recommend him to anyone that asked about him.

Dr Bennett is such a gentle and caring person. I definitely trust him with my back care.

I came in with left shoulder pain it was hard to raise my arm above my head. After X-rays Dr. Bennett showed me what was wrong and said that a shot of cortisone in my shoulder would do a lot of good and bring relief. Almost immediately I felt relief. I am suppose to go back in six weeks to look at my right shoulder for the same problem. Thanks Craig.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Bennett. From shoulder replacement and now he's treating my lower back pain. I thank him and the staff from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful care. Judi R.

I had hip replacement surgery August 21st 2018. I started seeing Dr. Bennett more than 5 years ago. He diagnosed me with a bad hip, and told me eventually it would need replaced. His statement to me was “I’ll put a new hip in, if you really want me to, but I’d rather you put it off 5 or 10 years until you can’t handle the pain anymore.” Two years ago I sought a second opinion where that doctor wanted me to schedule it the following week. This gave me a great respect for Dr. Bennett, because he only wanted to do it when it was completely necessary and I was ready. I asked Dr. Bennett last year to appease me and pretend I’m a new patient, wipe out your knowledge of me, let’s start over. He agreed and started with an X-ray, which we’ve done a few times a year. After that, he asked how do you feel, what are your symptoms? I listed every issue I experienced; he replied “if you were reading a book describing a bad hip, you listed everything. Six months later I decided it was time. I have read multiple reviews, which say different things, some similar. I have read he has a bad bedside manner, this is something I dispute. I have seen him for years, never have I felt rushed, or like he didn’t care. He has carefully explained everything going on currently and has always asked if I had any issues or questions for him. Usually I have had none, but when I have, all questions have been answered, and I never felt rushed or like he wasn’t giving me his complete attention. My only guess is that he has an assistant that takes notes in real-time, which saves him time. The whole staff at The Center for Bone and Joint Disease is very courteous and treat me and my family like we’re valued patients every time, I can’t say enough nice things about every member of the staff there. Before surgery, I went to the hospital for pre operation testing and a class on what to expect. After the class, I spoke with someone at the hospital about Dr. Bennett, the reply was “he’s an excellent surgeon” this gave me the most peace since they deal with his patients on a regular basis. I have also spoken to a former staff member, her view point was “he does great work; I’d recommend him to anyone”. Now it is almost 7 weeks after my surgery, I truly happy with the quality of the work he has done! I am walking extremely well, pain free! This was one of the greatest decisions I’ve made in years! I tried to speak with anyone that has gone through the surgery to know what to expect, and what results I could expect. Recently I had my right knee totally Replaced . Dr. Bennett did an Outstanding Job. It has now been 7 weeks since the surgery and I feel absolutely wonderful with my new knee. Swimming and riding my bike again with NO discomfort at all. Next Fall I plan to have my other knee replaced as well. Also I would like to add that the you can hardly notice where my knee was stitched up with 36 staples after the surgery . An Outstanding job of closing the knee was also completed .

My son broke his patella playing basketball. Dr. Bennett did an amazing job putting the bones back together. He explained everything to us and assured me, my son would be able to play again. When we show other doctors the work Dr Bennett did on his knee they are amazed how it was lined up so perfectly. My son is back in college on a D1 scholarship playing basketball. His office staff was also so amazing through it all. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Bennett was extremely caring and professional. He performed a total reverse shoulder procedure on me after I fell and shattered my shoulder. Dr. Bennett and his staff made me feel completely comfortable in their care. I would recommend Dr. Bennett to everyone who needs orthopedic care.

So far it has been a great experience, staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding.

The personality of a slug. Barely see him and when I did he doesn't like having questions asked. Insults family members who ask questions. Staff looks and acts as if they hate their job. Wait time atrocious. Didn't return multiple calls about additional injury and rx problem. I received info that I should have steered clear of him from the start but it's workers comp.. 5 months of injury that shouldn't be taking this long. I finally switched and the new Dr. Is doing more in just 2 visits

He was rude from the moment he walked in the room. He was insulting and his office staff was rude as well .

I have facets disease of my spine and needed a local Dr . I scheduled a visit and was told to bring all my discs and records for review during my appointment. During my work up to see the dr I was informed he will only discuss one portion of the spine per visit. I work and would need to take several days off just to get my mri result plus a fortune in copays not to mention what my insurance would end up paying. I am in the medical field and was applauded at the scam he is pulling I left

Approx 6 months after a car accident, my back gave out and I sought help from Dr. Bennett. He is a very strict doctor but very meticulous and I personally wouldn't have it any other way. Dr. Bennett prescribed a course of therapy and then a series of Epidural Spinal Injections. Which is why I personally love that he is meticulous since he inserted 3 1/2 inch needles near my spine. Dr. Bennett helped my pain immensely and I am so very thankful for him.

My 9 year old son was swinging at a friends house when he fell off backwards. I brought my son into Dr. Bennett the next day and he was wonderful with. He showed him the pictures of his broken bone and explained why he had to straighten it back out in the office. My son was a little nervous but Dr. Bennett reassured him that everything would be fine and stayed with him while his PA pulled on the fracture. My son is doing very well and loves coming to see Dr. Bennett!

My son was an avid baseball player. After an injury, Dr. Bennett ordered MRI and then an MRA to properly diagnose him with a SLAP tear. Unfortunately, my son was too young for Dr. Bennett to operate on but he got us to the best pediatric orthopedic surgeon in the area. My son is back to playing ball thanks to Dr. Bennett's dedication and persistence!!!

I saw Dr Bennett yesterday for back and hip pain. He was professional and to the point. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a cortisone injection. He took plenty of time to answer my questions and listen. I was very impressed and glad that I found him. I am very grateful and will see him again. Don't be put off by the appointment secretary who says, He can only see you for one thing...which is it?' Tell her one thing. and tell Dr Bennett everything.

Too arrogant to listen or discuss or answer questions. Rude, rough and callused when he thinks he knows whats wrong and talks over you if you try to ask a question. Told me nerves sometimes die for no reason, that there was nothing wrong with my spine, but he would give me steroid injections for pain. Later a contrast MRI ordered by a neurologist showed 2 herniated discs.
