My children were patients of Dr Swartz for many years. Everytime they had an appointment we were there for one to two hours. She talks over you and dismisses everything you ask. Anytime my kids were sick she completely dismissed everything and always said it was a "virus". When I had concerns about my daughter's lungs she once again dismissed it and wouldn't take what I said serious and my daughter ended up being admitted to Children's hospital. I had to find a specialist on my own because she would never do any research. When I told her what an urgent care diagnosed her with she didn't believe me and said urgent care doctors don't know what they are talking about. Do not recommend! We love Dr. Swartz. She’s been a fantastic ped for all 4 kids and I recommend her to everyone. She cares, she listens, she takes time to explain everything in a way everyone can understand. Her staff is excellent as well. The only bad thing is long wait times and it can be hard to get in sometimes but because she is such an excellent doctor we are okay with that. We love Dr. Swartz. Dr. Swartz has been a great pediatrician for all 4 of our kids. She always spends enough time with us to listen and thoroughly explain stuff, she’s very friendly and the staff is exceptional as well.

The nurses here are really nice, but I’ll be looking for a new pediatrician. My son is 16 months old and he has had frequent ear infections since he was born. Dr. Swartz is extremely rough with my son when she’s inspecting his ears and does not seem the least bit concerned when he cries out in pain. This happens every visit. One of the other reasons I’ll be switching pediatricians is due to the fact that Dr. Swartz does not listen to me when I’m explaining my concerns. She actually interrupts and talks over me. She’s very impersonal in my opinion and gives a lot of unnecessary parenting advice that has nothing to do with my son’s health. I’m sure she means well, but I definitely prefer to see someone else. Also, the wait times are EXTREMELY long no matter what time you go. The nurses here are really nice, but I’ll be looking for a new pediatrician. Dr. Swartz is top notch! She is a wonderful Pediatrician! We are so happy we found her.

Dr Swartz seemed very over booked. When we would go in for a visit we seemed rushed. My kiddo has a leg issues . She told us to begin certain stretches one visit , and we return back and tells us we shouldn’t be doing those stretches. We ask for a referral to see Pediatric orthopedic surgeon and she kept refusing to send us one. So we left for more of a encouraging doctor that was willing to help my son out. Nurse was great! Been looking for a doctor for my 5 kids since moving to this area. We finally found one! Doc is good with all my kids, completely understood my special needs child and is working to build their relationship up. Couldn't be more happy with all the staff at this location!

We love Dr Swartz! She’s been my daughters Pedi since she was 8 weeks old and my son since his very first visit! 4 years and counting and we love her!

Dr. Swartz is very nice and was personable with my daughter. The reason for 3 stars is because she constantly talked over me when I would try to say or explain anything. I could hardly get a word in. The staff is extremely nice though.

Dr Swartz is wonderful and very knowledgeable! The only reason I give 4 stars is because it feels like a very rushed appointment and I don't feel like I have enough time to discuss concerns or questions with her. She is literally trying to answer our questions while walking out the door. Overall she is very nice and we feel confident with her as our doctor but as new parents it can feel overwhelming and it helps to have a doctor that can take the time to listen and make sure you feel confident with how to care for your baby. Dr Swartz is amazing!! I took my kids to see her and now my grandkids. Always willing to spend time with her patients.

Dr.Swartz is wonderful! She has always been caring and as a first time mom she has been the best doctor I could of asked for. She is very personal with my daughter and with us. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. We highly recommend her!

I end up waiting at least an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Every single time!

We’ve seen Dr. Swartz 4 times and each time has been the same. She and her staff are friendly, however, I don’t feel heard when talking to Dr. Swartz. It feels as if my concerns or questions are dismissed and she frequently talks over me when I’m trying to discuss any issues/ concerns. When asking at my youngest sons 3 week appointment about formula concerns and recommendations for helping with his gassiness, and colic tendencies I was told “gas is normal for babies at this age” and no other advice was given and my request was denied when I asked for formula samples to try for gassy babies as I was certain it was the formula causing his discomfort (we switched anyway and the symptoms stopped). While I am a second time mom I was treated as though I was a young, inexperienced first time mom each time I visited. Advice was given by Dr. Swartz concerning electronics (older son), skin issues,, feeding, and not allowing my 2 year old to “become a brat” when dealing with his 2 year old personality, without even asking what approaches we use/used and how those have been working. We will be switching providers as this has been an ongoing issue which is sad and frustrating. She came highly recommended, however, it just isn’t a good fit for us. Dr. Swartz is amazing and her team so friendly. However, make sure you have qt least 2 hours there is always a long wait. This had improved when she changed offices but now back to long wait times. Try to get an early morning appointment.

She was pleasant and easy to talk to dressed any concerns before I addressed them. Kids liked her it was our first visit and I plan on continuing our services with her. The location is perfect we live in Midwest City.

Dr Swartz takes the time to listen and does not rush during the appointment.

Very pleasant experience! The staff was amazing and Dr. Swartz was very informative and listened to all our concerns. She was so nice and great with my daughter.

Dr. Swartz is an amazing pediatrician. She takes any time needed to talk you through any issues your child might be having and truly cafes about her patients. Our family is so glad we found her!

Had our first appointment with Dr Swartz on Monday and she was absolutely amazing!!! Her bedside manner was perfect and she answered all questions that my husband and myself had about our daughter! We are first time parents so it was great to have someone that made us comfortable with asking questions.

The nurse there turned me into DHS when I called with concern for my 2 month old with colic upset that they were giving me the run around. I had gone in person repeatedly only to be sent home with the same advice. Rather than show my child genuine concern by having the doctor call me directly, they reported me to DHS without just cause. I believe this is also a HIPPA violation as they had no reason to share my number with DHS. I have nothing to hide from DHS but that's not the point. This doctor's office only added unnecessary stress during a stressful time. They didn't do their jobs by providing genuine care for my child despite numerous visits. At the very least, Dr. Swartz should have called me before having her nurse report me to DHS. We love Dr Swartz. She is so kind and patient.

Dr Schwartz is kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to ask lots of questions and listens to all of my concerns and questions.

I love Dr. Swartz and her team. They are very attentive and don't try to uneccissarly diagnose or just throw meds at you. They listen to what the parents and the child need and want.

My children absolutely love Courtney! She’s amazing, takes the time to answer all questions. You can tell she loves working with children... she’s the first doctor that has played with my children during regular check ups. Most children don’t like going to doctors offices, my children love going to see her! A+

Doctor Swartz is always fantastic. When she moved facilities we had no option but to follow her because she is the absolute best with my daughter. She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have regarding my daughters medical needs.

My three babies and I love Dr. Swartz! Very intelligent, outgoing and friendly! My oldest is 7, and she is the first doctor I have been this satisfied with! She also cared about my own health after I had my youngest. She’s awesome!

Absolutely love her!!! She's quick, simple and to the point but also very thorough. She's very involved, caring and seems genuinely interested in our son whenever she sees him and he responds to her so well! By far the best!

Dr.Swartz is the sweetest person and is so great with my kids. I love all the nurses up there too, they are all very kind and patient and so amazing! I reccomend her to everyone I know!

The wait times are ridiculous. I hate how I can hear her chit chatting with staff as I wait and wait with my little sick children. She doesn't like that we don't vaccinate. She makes little remarks about how she has to work harder and think of other things that can be wrong with my children because we don't vaccinate anymore, after having a few issues with side effects. When in fact un-vaccinated children are actually healthier.

Dr. Swartz is a remarkable pediatrician. Knowledgeable, thorough, effective, and most of all - caring. She listens to concerns, and is very responsive to both children and parents. Precious little lives are in excellent hands, with Dr. Swartz.
