Dr. Courtney L Lee

Dr. Lee is amazing, she clearly communicated everything with me and genuinely cared about me. Plus the fact that she is black was a plus for me!

I am only giving 2 stars, not because I don’t think Dr Lee is a good doctor. However, when you have to call the office to get the results of your tests, as no one contacts you, and then have a lay person not a PA or the doctor, give you the results, listing all the findings, which need follow up, I have a huge problem with that. When asked what does this mean, she said I will have the doctor call you. This has happened with both CT scans I had. I was never given a reason for my issue either. I had to ask my primary doctor to go over the report with me, which she did happily. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this office. Dr. Lee is one of the most intelligent, compassionate physicians I have ever met. I am so fortunate to have found her.

I found her delightful. Thorough, listened and only ran necessary tests. I was very comfortable with her. I recommend her highly.

Took my mom to see her following recent hospitalizations for Urosepsis. Consulted with 2 other urologists in recent weeks before being referred to Dr Lee. She is the first doc in quite some time who actually took time to listen, examine and discuss her thoughts and recommendations. I am totally impressed by her professionalism and totally unassuming personality. Making an appointment was easy and office staff listened to my concerns in securing a rapid appointment time. I have personally found all medical care to be awful in recent months (probably exacerbated by the pandemic). Dr Lee is certainly the exception. I highly recommend her.

Dr Lee is fantastic, absolutely lovely doctor and made me feel extremely comfortable while explaining my diagnosis. Usually doctors with such a prestigious, Ivy League education are totally full of themselves - not Dr Lee. She is as down to earth as they come, very personable. Dr Lee is extremely thorough and comprehensive with her patients. I’m so very grateful to have her as my urologist.

Took my Mom to see Dr. Lee. HORRIBLE Person and Treated my Mom like doo-doo. No compassion or empathy whatsoever. She's in the wrong field.

I am a patient of Dr Courtney Lee’s and very satisfied with the care and attention I got from her! My complaint is with Pro Health, my medication is very expensive and I’ve been calling for eight days to find out if there’s a generic replacement but can’t get an answer, also Pro Pharmacy has called and left messages and no call back! Very dissatisfied!!

Dr lee was very respectful and actively listened to my concerns. Made me feel comfortable and explained things in a way I can understand.

Saw Dr. Lee today for a bladder prolapse issue. Immediately she set me at ease. She explained everything thoroughly. She was very patient and understanding of my concerns.

Love her so much very professional very caring wish I could see her again but unfortunately she doesn't accept my insurance she is a very good urologist

Needed a cystostcopy, told her I was concerned re the pain. She assured me she'd use anesthetic. Technically did use an anesthetic but did not wait any amount of time for it take effect - literally no pause bet. inserting anesthetic gel and camera. She simply used it as a lubricant & without any warning, shoved an object in one of the most sensitive parts of my body. It was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced & I yelped so loud. Terribly traumatized. Fear all pelvic exams now.

I find her to be a very caring doctor, takes the time to talk and you understand what she is saying. Dr. lee makes you feel as you are her friend. I’m very glad to have found her.
