Dr. Higginbotham is the most RUDE and unprofessional doctor, horrible bedside manner. Kept yelling that âthis isnât a McDonaldâsâ because his staff didnât prepare him for the appt I scheduled for an extraction (which I drove several hours from out of town for). He refused to do the extraction b/c he wasnât prepared for it and then proceeded to say I couldnât be in that much pain. Are you kidding me?! Would NEVER recommend this office and especially not recommend dr. H. Also.... maybe you could learn some BETTER customer service from McDonaldâs.
Dr. Higginbotham is without a doubt the WORST dentist I have ever seen. Condescending, rude and unprofessional I would NEVER recommend anyone visit him or the offices he works at. I made an appt to have teeth extracted, drove 4 hours to get it done and before even looking at my mouth he kept yelling at me that 'this isn't McDonalds' and I can't come in here telling him what to do. I had already had a consultation with a Comfort Dental dr who was the one who said I needed the teeth extracted. Horrible experience NEVER visit this doctor.
