I have called Falcon urgent care the receptionist is rude does not want to help. I asked a question because I did not know the answer and she says well how long ago was it ! If I knew I would not have called to ask if they could tell me. Why is it people do not want to do their jobs. Drs are ok nurses ok but that front desk! Dr. Dietz helped me get my cholesterol levels down to normal, eliminating the need for prescription medication, through diet alone. My previous family doctor told me that my levels were too high to be well controlled with diet. His nutrition knowledge is top notch!

I'm really disappointed in the unethical billing practices this clinic uses. My insurance covers an annual wellness visit which includes blood pressure and cholesterol screening. I made an appointment to get this done. I had no other concerns or complaints and stated that I was just wanting to get an annual checkup and find out how my cholesterol was doing. I did answer the question on their intake form that, yes, my parents have high cholesterol. When the insurance statement arrived I discovered that the visit had been billed as a higher acuity sick visit. Because of this the visit is no longer covered by insurance as preventative care but is instead subject to our deductible and fully out of pocket, a $166 charge. The insurance representative I spoke to told me that the charge was because I was given a diagnosis of “family history of high cholesterol” and that I needed to be more careful not to ever give them a reason to charge for more than an annual wellness visit. The billing office similarly told me that “if you mention even a single complaint we will charge for a higher acuity visit.” After pointing out that cholesterol screening was my only reason for visiting and this is supposed to be fully covered regardless of my family history, they then informed me they still were going to charge the higher fee because I hadn’t been seen there as a patient before. The moral of the story is that there is no way this office will ever bill someone appropriately for a preventative care visit. It seems that the motivation is to find any reason they can to bill at the higher rate regardless of what you actually need. It makes them a bit more money but costs the patients a lot more in out of pocket charges. If you are looking to take advantage of your insurance covering an annual wellness visit, you should look elsewhere. For myself and my family, we will not be going back to a clinic that engages in these kinds of practices. I'm really disappointed in the unethical billing practices this clinic uses. I went to the Urgent Care part of this clinic when I had an infection from an animal bite. I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival, without an appointment.

Very nice and mellow Doctor. He took my grown daughter and me even though he wasn't taking new patients because my son is one of his patients. I loved that he kept us together.

Consulted with him regarding Chronic Condition diagnosis, staff was nice & empathic however he focused more on the secondary condition than the primary causes. Did the typical "SKEPTIC" stance that most doctors take when you have a chronic condition. Ask what can I do for you "A LOT" during the consultation. Kinda like taking your car to the mechanic only to be asked what can I do to fix it...it is your job as a physician to know the conditions or research them & put together a plan to address them!! Not this guy he wants his patient to tell him how to do his job! Dr Dietz and his staff are exceptional. We were so pleased. Would definitely recommend him. Made us feel important and he cared about our concerns and needs. Thank you!!!!!

Dr. Deitz was very professional and explained in detail. Very caring! Office staff were prompt and friendly.

DR Dietz was easy to talk to. He listened to my problems before he spoke.
