Dr. Zarwan is an amazing oncologist. She is smart, professional, and takes great care to communicate thoroughly with her patients. She takes the time to explain things to her patients so that they can understand their treatment and options. She is quiet and listens well. I feel strongly that I could not be in better hands.

Knowledgeable but I found her cold and aloof. She was unfortunately the first person I met at Lahey upon my initial diagnosis - she quickly rattled off the treatment plan and appeared put out when I inquired further about my diagnosis. It appeared she was inundated and had too many patients - I was a number to be processed. Next appointment she rattled on about studies of medication side effects- again I felt like I was being processed through the system and I could not wait to leave.

Dr. Zarwan was so wonderful to me and my family as I went through treatment for breast cancer. When my sister in law met her, she commented that she felt like she was in the care of a true professional.

Dr. Zarwan is a brilliant and very caring oncologist. She has kept me alive for years now. She always answers any questions, and explains everything in detail. She has an uplifting spirit and keeps me positive. I am so grateful to have her as my oncologist.

Dr. Zarwan represents the very best in patient care. she is knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, sensitive and always available to respond to any questions that I have regarding my breast cancer or any other medical concerns. I consider myself very fortunate to be her patient.
