Everything. the appointment was fast and the Dr and staff was friendly and very helpful.

They scheduled me a CT scan soon after my appointment, even scheduled it on the same day that I have another appointment to save a trip to Spartanburg.

Everyone was courteous. Dr. Walter's was prompt and answered all of my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone !

I really like Dr Walter. He is a good honest doctor with a sense of humor. My family has been going to him for years.

I've had a lot of doctors over the years. I can say with all sincerity that Dr Walter is one of the most kind, compassionate and reassuring doctors that I've ever had. He helped me understand my condition in terms that make sense to me. The staff were fantastic as well. I left the building with a genuine smile on my face!

Very personable and felt comfortable

Dr. Walter, the nurses and front office staff were excellent.

Scheduling, wait time, and treatment were very good.

Everything! Short wait time, fast rooming, caring staff, both nurse and Dr Walters always listen to my concerns as well as takes time to ask about my family.

I didn't have to wait. Had to have blood test and was no waiting there.

The doctor refers me to any other medical assistance I may need, and most of the time will schedule referrals for me.

I was very concerned about a health problem. After his initial triage, Dr Walter set up a number of tests, all performed there at the facility. With quick turnaround on the results, he was able to rule out a number of serious possible causes and that helped establish the actual cause of my health concern, which turned out to not be very serious. Dr Walter and the entire team at the Landrum Medical Center were very professional and made me comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. Note also that it was extremely helpful to have the results of the tests posted to the online portal where I could also ask follow up questions. . Friendly staff

Progress was made and that wasn't false hope. Doc. Walters was diligent with providing help and addressing the cricital need of my visit. Not only with him understanding but going the extra step and giving me more options of therapy that would benefit my health issues. It was relieving that the first visit was effective and gave me hope how much progress can be made. I look forward to seeing Dr. Nash next week so I may further explain my conditions but wouldn't object to a team effort if both Doctors thought that would be ideal. Operation was very professional

Everything. Dr. Walter and his Staff have always been good to me and I truly appreciate the attention they give to me anytime I have to go in to see them. They are very efficient timewise as well.

Love Dr. Walter. He doesn’t mince words. Explains everything clearly. Takes his time to explain, answer all of my crazy questions, and doesn’t mind if I go off topic. He’s very thorough. Has a great personality. I can’t say enough good about him!!
