Dr serer the worst office . They had you wait over 2 hours to then rush through appointments

So I had a colonoscopy with this doctor about 3 years ago. She told me I had to come back after 2, when I called after 2 they told me it was 3. So I recently had a virtual appointment with Dr. Serer. Somehow she knew hardly nothing about my last colonoscopy, took about 10 minutes and told me I should get a covid shot and said she would put my prescription in for colonoscopy drink. That must have been the easiest $300 she ever made. So I went to pick up my prescription a couple weeks later (2 days before procedure) and she never sent it in. They were closed so I sent a message on mychart and they said it would be in today when I couldn't eat food. Went today and it still was not in. So I called the office and they said they would call it in now. About 5 minutes later they called me back asking for my pharmacy which I had told the dr during virtual appointment. Finally they had the prescription sent to my pharmacy after about a half hour of me being at cvs and the pharmacist told me that it cost $60 and they dont have that one at their pharmacy. I called to see if I could just use an over the counter medication, which I have heard plenty of people have done and they said no. At this point I was a bit fed up so I canceled my appointment. Look elsewhere I saw Dr Serer for over a year and told her about my symptoms and that what we were doing was not working. My stomach still hurt. I went to a new dr -he did test an endoscopy (like she had done) and a few more and the opening in my stomach dosent stay closed! I need surgery.

Victor who is a welcome addition to the staff always answers the phone at this office. I found him to be courteous and efficient. I recently had reason to be visiting and calling the office rather frequently and this young man needs a raise. Nice to see someone with great patient consideration!

They were just AWESOME!!

Amazing Doctor not only is she thorough, but she does not make you wait for ever to see her wait time was great.

After seeing multiple doctors, Dr. Serer was able to listen to me, diagnose and treat a health issue I was experiencing. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable with perfect bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and welcoming to patients during this pandemic.

Doctor Serer was very thorough and professional and was very articulate when it came to explaining my condition. Having all of the necessary information was incredibly helpful in processing my condition and treatment. All of which are qualities that can be hard to find in doctors nowadays. Typically at a doctors office I just feel like another ticket number but Doctor Serer did not make me feel that way and it was truly appreciated. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating which is also a rarity in the medical field. They were attentive and friendly and provided me with all the necessary notes for my work without hesitation. Very happy with my experience with them amd would recommend Doctor Serer to anyone!!! Dr Serer is an excellent provider! She treats her patients with dignity and respect. Very knowledgeable about GI cconditions and management of chronic GI conditions. Her office has a procedure sweet that is excellent and very time efficient!

Best doctor ever. Her and her staff are always able to fit me in whenever I have one of my crohns or diverticulitis attacks. That is a huge benefit when you are in pain. She is very caring and also very thorough. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Not very friendly. Does not return phone calls. Office staff rude. They were very short with my daughter when she needed assistance.

Agree with the poster named Corinne. Very poor bedside manner. I didn't bombard her with questions but the few I had were answered in a dismissive tone is as if she was annoyed ..with a speaking down to you vibe. She didn't come over or have eye contact prior to my actual procedure . I get we are all busy but the entire encounter was strange to me. No one ever called with results. I had to chase them down for results (which were things I needed to know) on both procedures I had .

Horrible bedside manner. Has a very dismissive tone when she talks to you. Staff is no better, incompetent. No one seemed to want to do their job! Will not be returning nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there!
