The entire team at Omaha Primary Eye Care made me feel like family as soon as I walked through the door. I was assisted with checking in right away and was escorted to my exam room almost immediately. The assistants genuinely care about the patients that they assist on a day to day basis. I have been going to Dr. Kubica for almost 15 years and have always thought she was great but the new digs are really something! The staff is always really nice about trying to straighten and/or repair my glasses.... I seem to be hard on them! I have always had a great experience with Dr. Langford and staff! I only wear glasses and they have never pushed me to wear contacts. Their new office has a welcoming, warm vibe!

I've been seeing Dr. Langford for annual exams for a few years now. He is very thorough, does not rush, explains everything he sees in great detail, and is extremely personable. Every employee in this office that I've interacted with has been friendly and they make you feel important. From reception, to the techs, to the opticians, you can tell they all truly know what they're doing. Not to mention their brand new office in Elkhorn is incredible, and they take COVID protocols seriously. I wish every other medical office ran things like Omaha Primary Eye Care does. I made the mistake of buying a couple pairs of eyeglasses from a big box store. When they finally arrived, they didn't fit right and the lenses made my vision super wonky and my depth perception was way off. So, I went in to Omaha Primary because they used to be my go-to place for vision care. Tina took care of me and was able to get my glasses fitted properly. She performed some kind of magical spell because after just one little adjustment, she fixed the problem with the wonky lenses as well! The big box store failed to do that and they told me that my eyes would just get used to it. Tina explained to me that they were incorrect in their assessment and then proceeded to explain why. It all made so much sense. She also told me about a deal they have for people like me who can't afford much in the way of vision and eyewear that would be more affordable. I'm super excited to go back and check out that deal because I definitely want to be helped by Tina again! Thank you, Tina! You saved the day (and my eyes)! What a great new home they have now! I have been going to Dr. Kubica for about 12 years now and have always had a great experience. The entire office staff is so welcoming and always take time to make sure you are completely satisfied at each visit. Shout out to Tina with Optical selection, dispensing, fitting and repairs. Decent people, but all doctors refuse to prescribe generics because of the kickbacks they receive from the pharmaceutical companies. I had my pharmacy specifically request the generic and my doctor told them no. My recommendation is to find a place with the client's best interests in mind, not their own bottom line.

The receptionist are fantastic! They played phone tag with my mom while I was being seen to figure out insurance! My tech (Lizet, I think) was awesome! She never got frustrated when my eye decided to blink in the middle of a picture, it happened multiple times. They made switching eye doctors a breeze.

I have been seeing Dr Langford for 6 years now and have had great experiences every time. He really gets to know his patients and takes the time to explain what is going on with your eyes. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and they make the visit go very smooth. I would definitely recommend Omaha Primary Eye Care.

Dr. Corey Langford is the best! I’ve been seeing him since he first bought the business from Dr. Graves in 2003. He is very personable and explains everything so well. The office is well staffed. They use all the newest diagnostic machines. I have no complaints.
