Sent charges to collection, that had been fully covered by insurance. Spoke to someone in the finance office and was supposed to be removed but I'm still getting calls on it. Cannot reach anyone about it since. Beware of that. Also he sees a lot of people so no personal touches will be added, it's all business so beware of that as well.

I have a loved one who has been diagnosed with a mental health condition. Dr. Greenwald was supposed to send the presciption information to the pharmacy and did not. Now we can't reach him!!! It's been 3 days. My loved one needs his medication.

He was terrible. He never returned phone calls and discharged my relative with no explanation whatsoever even though she was clearly still sick. My relative ended up back in the hospital in under two months due to his inadequate care. We made sure to go elsewhere for services.

Significant delays in completing his portion of information on discharge summaries ( more than 1 1/2 months). This causes insurance companies to refuse payment to behavioral health center. Thereby billing me for the entire hospital stay. But I did get a bill to pay for his services, or lack there of.
