First, the doctor is fantastic. The reason I’m leaving a two star review is due to the front office staff. I too work in the medical industry with my own front office staff. It’s important to note that every visit I have had; I have been insulted in some way by the front office staff member. The first time was about my insurance the second time was about My weight. Which is crazy because at the time I weighed 120 ish pounds. The third time was about having my infant in the office During Covid. When I made the appointment I told her that their office hours would require me to bring the baby in, she berated me in the waiting room with several other patients as witness. Half the time I can’t get a phone call back. Now, it’s unfortunate because I really like the physician.
