Dr. Constance Daphne Wash

My appointment went well I walked in to a smiling face (Linda) thank you. Then to being called back by another smiling face (Dori) thank you. The last but definitely not least DR. WASH she was great listened took her time did not rush me, She took her time her knowledge is out of this world she is amazing and I loved her the minute she told me what was wrong with me NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE could find out and she did just by hearing my complaints. I thank you DR. WASH I will never leave you and your amazing staff.

My mother quickly advanced from stage 2 cancer to stage 4 all under Dr. Wash's care. When her cancer metastisized to her brain Dr. Wash told my mom she had 2 weeks to 2 months to live. At that point my mom switched oncologists and she was able to live 5 more years and even go into remission. My mom would have died under Dr. Wash's care much sooner since she quickly wrote her off as incurable for metastisizing. The oncologist that was able to prolong my moms life said Dr. Wash wasn't giving her the right medication for her type of cancer! Wasted 3 and a half months of my life with her. Her office manager Linda is a total nightmare. You ask her if she sent back to insurance,what they ask for and she will lie and say she did. When you check with insurance, she did not. When I let them know I was getting a different Doctor. They call pharmacy and cancel my much need meds.

Dr. Wash is awesome but her secretary, Linda , is a nightmare. She would schedule my mom and would give her appointment card with a different day and time then what she put in the system. She is very disrespectful and would talk really rude to my mom. She ruins DR. Wash’s reputation with her attitude!! Will’ll finally be changing to a place with better service! I was told I had Walstroms and no biopsy was done,however I did not have it , very disturbing .

Really happy with her and staff. Hard to get a hold of but keep calling and they will answer. She is a great Dr. She spends her time with me. Long waits but she takes her time. I’ve never met a doctor that cares about her patients like dr wash she’s went to my dads funeral after caring for him for 12 years. He lives 12 years with pancreatic cancer and he didn’t want to fight anymore. I’m glad she was there for him

We have had Dr. Wash for 11 years and she is great. She saved my son's life. She is always there when we need her, caring and compassionate. If you need an oncologist, I highly recommend her. She is an awesome doctor!!

This was my first visit with Dr.Wash and as soon as I walked into her office I was greeted by her front office staff. I literally sat in her lobby for 5min and was called back for my appointment. The medical assistant who took my vitals was friendly. Dr.Wash was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. She answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. I was extremely happy with my visit and I am so glad I went to her.

I saw Dr. Wash for the first time today, she was compassionate took her time with me. Unlike other physicians that are in and out because other people are waiting. Well I didn’t mind the wait due to her taking her time and answering all my questions. She didn’t rush me thank you Dr. Wash and staff friendly and caring. I didn’t have a mask and I was going to reschedule but the front desk said don’t worry come in we will give you one! Awesome physician

Make an appt for 11:00 and maybe be seen 2.5 hours later...really

She mistook me for someone else, never returned and phone calls, there were more than several. She also had me check in the hospital the night before, for an outpatient procedure (bronchoscopy). No reason for it, just cost me another $400.00. Go ANYWHERE else.

I went to see Dr. Wash in July of 2018. I was diagnosed with a blood platelet disorder and was not fully informed about this disorder. I researched the disorder that evening and was stunned by all the necessary information she never mentioned. Most importantly, she did not even go over my medication list with me to make sure I wasn't on a medication I was not supposed to take! I had to call my pharmacist and they went over my medications. Not surprisingly, I was on several meds that I needed to stop immediately! Also Dr. Wash saw from my blood work that there was also another issue. I asked her if I needed to see a specialist for this and she said no. I decided that I should see this specialist and found out that I did indeed have another blood disorder. For 2 months I've been trying to get my records from her but to no avail. She disappeared without a trace! Her other patients don't know what happened to her either. Very nice shes a great Doctor saved my wife's life and from what I've seen plenty of others as well!!! Don't let annoying Patients and difficult patients persuade you into not getting great care she is awesome and takes her time with each patient and doesn't see you as a paycheck! any questions email me. The staff is amazing. I was a mess anxiety ridden and Linda made me feel so good Just her calm nature and her willingness to get me in to see the provider. Dr Wash is experienced and made me feel good and not to worry If I ever have the need to be seen by her I will be back Heck I might come back just to feel good! Finally a true Specialist!! Intelligent, confident, caring. I trust my life with her. Nothing else needs to be said! Awesome.

I think she's a great Dr. She has seen my best friend and my sisters Dr. for breast cancer and now myself for breast cancer. She's very concerned w her patients and explains very well and gives you copies of all your test results .Staff is very friendly. Gets thing done quickly . I would highly recommend her. Egotistical, inhumane. Waited 9 days her to show up to hospital to relay results of biopsy and for her information to help our family decide on hospice. She NEVER showed. She even refused to speak with family during his scheduled outpatient appointment- likely because she couldn't bill for it because he was in the hospital. What kind of person cannot give 5 minutes of their time to provide information?!?!

Dr. Wash works her butt off! She is ALWAYS busy, and because of such, the wait times are excessively long. But it is because she is the only remaining oncologist in town. She is smart, and knows her stuff, and I place complete confidence in her. The new office isn't very comfortable for long waits, but it looks like the air problem has been fixed. On the positive side, I really appreciate a doctor who gives me a personal copy of the tests ordered. She respects my intelligence. A good doctor.

She is great person. Awesome oncologist! DLB

The office manager Linda was rude and could not understand that verifying first time appointments so that their correct address is given is important rather than having me take a shuttle to one of their many list addresses that is incorrect and wait for the driver to return so that we can finally be driven to the correct address. But Linda does not see the problem with or the hassle.
