Dr. Sack is an innovator in the field of Orthodontics. He performs all his work himself, unlike the Orthodontist my older daughter went to, who had eight chairs going with assistants doing the work while he supervised. Dr. Sack is simply the best. He loves his work and truly cares about his patients. My daughter's teeth are perfect, and the cost was less than the braces mill my older girl went through. I'm quite disappointed with Dr Sack. My wife was referred to him as being a TMJ specialist. I joined her on a visit and he too confirmed that he's a TMJ specialist. We proceeded confidently that he'd be able to address her jaw issues. He did a scan of her teeth and jaw, which looked really impressive, and proceeded to create retainers to adjust her teeth. After about 10-15 visits, the only result we had was 1 adjusted tooth and adjusted night-guard, but no improvement on the TMJ! How in the world can you call yourself a TMJ specialist is you have no idea how to address it? False Advertising, waste of a year, and waste of 15 visits...we're furious. Very professional I went around and got 3 estimate for my son braces I got 3 diffrent prices and 3 different ways of treatment all of them recommend me to consult with UCLA professor I went to dr sack he was very professional and address all the issues that we have and he teaches one a week at UCLA. Dr. Sack has a true gift when it comes to orthodontics. He is extremely knowledgeable but what I’ve been impressed by the most is the way he is able to craft my daughter’s smile with such an artistic consideration to proportions, overall appearance and most importantly function.

Dr. Sack is a fantastic orthodontist. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. My four kids all see him and he created a removable crozat appliance that my son could use when he was a child actor. We see immediate results from his appliances. I don’t know how anyone in the Valley could go to any other orthodontist when we have an orthodontist with Dr.Sack’s expertise in our neighborhood. Took my son in for assessment. Delightful staff and very thoughtful and thorough assessment. ------------------------------------ Follow up about 6 months later Dr Sack seriously peeked in my sons mouth to see if he was ready for orthodontics - 2 min look- we were never billed as we usually were on departure - received bill in mail for $150 which I took exception to and called on it. Was told that was valid - made extended payments over lengthy period - never went back - my son has since had successful orthodontics program completed elsewhere I am being sent collection threat notices for a small $4 open balance My point here is Dr Sack lost a good customer with what I felt was unethical billing protocol - was never clearly explained to me. I can not say enough good things about Dr Sack and his entire team. My children and I live a crazy unpredictable life and they are always working with us to make our appointments work with our schedule. My children's teeth look amazing too. THEY ARE THE BEST EVER!! We just started with Dr. Sack. My 7year old feels very comfortable with Dr. Sack and his staff. My wife and I were concerned with the cost of the work our daughter needs but discovered that the costs are very reasonable.
