I have been seeing Dr McCutcheon for sinus problems and he has been very helpful. Very happy to have changed to this practice.

Excellent Service. Helped with my issue. The staff was also very nice and professional.

I was having some hearing issues related to COVID and a follow up sinus head cold that left the feeling of fluid in my ear. I wanted to get in before the holidays but couldn’t make the scheduling work, so I tried a different ENT. They didn’t do a very thorough exam and I left without a real solution. She basically said she couldn’t see any fluid, and to use some Sudafed. So I scheduled with Dr McCutcheon when I got back to town. It took a few weeks to get in but it was worth it. He did a very thorough exam, discovered why I’ve been having an ongoing problem, and I left with a detailed plan to resolve the issue along with a follow up appointment to make sure it’s cleared up. I’ve used Dr McCutcheon in the past for other ear issues, and not to sound dramatic, but he’s the only one who’s been able to identify and provide resolution of the problems. PCP’s and other ENTs are not as thorough or knowledgeable. Wish I could do the office paperwork online but that’s a tiny complaint. Overall very satisfied.

I have yet to meet a more thorough and experienced physician. I actually received a call from Dr McCutcheon himself, it was long after working hours, he sounded like he was still in his office going thru the results of my exams and he wanted to give me some special instructions. He's a dying breed, a physician who actually care

He took the time to listen to me and check out my nasal cavities and medicines I was taking from my orher doctors. I already feel better with medicine he prescribed and the treatment he did yesterday.

Got in right away and discovered I had a lingering sinus infection. Nice doctor. Plain speaking. Liked him very much.

Pleased with my visit and the precautions taken to prevent Covid.

Except for the 11 pages of paperwork it was a very good appointment. Got the help I needed.

Dr. McCutcheon and his staff are the best. I was in bad shape and couldn't breathe thru my nose. I am feeling so much better and I can breathe. Thank you so much!

The Staff is so welcoming and educated with a nice touch of putting you at ease! Dr McCutcheon is thorough and explains everything as it happens, then articulated what he is seeing and how to improve your outcome. Excellent patient service from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Conrad McCutcheon himself. I’ve seen 4 ENT’s in less than a year and this experience has been the best by far. The entire staff listens attentively and Dr. CM takes time to properly diagnose. This led to successful treatment which is still ongoing and improving each week. I’m Thankful I found this group! I've been going to Dr. McCutcheon for several years and he provides excellent care.

I made an appointment online about 3 weeks ago. Being a teacher, I had to take half a day off of work to make the appointment. When I got there I was told that they did not "make" my appointment b/c they still needed information from me. They told me they've been trying to get in touch with me. I asked her how she had been trying to reach me and she said via my phone. I confirmed my cell # with her. I have not received one text, one call or one message from this office. She was not being truthful. If this is any indication of how the office runs, I guess I saved myself some trouble. Very displease, to say the least. I made an appointment online about 3 weeks ago. The professionalism of Dr. McCutcheon and his staff is excellent. They always create a calm and assuring environment when I visit. Dr. McCutcheon is very knowledgeable and provides honest and accurate assessment of your concerns.

Very rarely have I seen a physician that has been so completely thorough in pursuing a diagnosis. The entire process was explained very clearly throughout the process. Then, when additional testing was required it was Dr. McCutcheon himself who immediately called me with the test results.

Great doctor! Very knowledgeable in his field and never pushes me to treat anything I'm not ready for.

Extremely impressed with Dr. McCutcheon. He determined very quickly what my ear health issues were and explained everything clearly and not in a rushed manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr. McCutcheon and his staff are very good and caring. They take time to hear your needs and work to make you better in a very quick and professional manner.

Dr. McCutcheon is excellent, great bedside manner. Listens well to patients. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Edited stars to 3- the below was my first experience. Since then I’ve been here twice, with a 90mins and today a 60 mins wait!!! Which i think is not ok. I really hope the administration can figure something out about wait times. Dr. Mccutcheon and his staff were extremely professional and i felt I was being well taken care, and not treated as a "number". I have been to numerous ENTs in the Houston area but to no avail for the challenges I have been experiencing. Dr. Mccutecheon took all of that into account, really listened to my concerns and is trying taking an informed approach as opposed to proposing the same solution I have been offered over the last numerous years. He has amazing bedside manners and is very empathetic - and unlike most doctors he took the time and at no point did I feel rushed. Edited stars to 3- the below was my first experience. I went to this ENT yesterday and was very happy with my visit. The doctor was good natured and patient with me. Dr. McCutcheon made sure to check every problem area, and gave me a list of things on paper (which I wish all doctors did) to help better my ENT health, and most importantly, I was able to hear so much better when I left which was the goal. I left my pediatrician at 21 because I could never find a doctor I liked and still haven’t; but, Dr. McCutcheon is one of those good doctors I dare say great doctors who I wish was a PCP because he’s a gem and so happy he was recommended to me! I found this Dr. by reading positive goggle reviews. I had a great experience with this office and with Dr. McCutcheon so I now see why he has so many great reviews. The staff was very friendly and informative and the Dr. was extremely patient and detailed with explaining my diagnosis, and he listened to all of my concerns.

I’ve had several ENT docs over the last couple of decades. Dr. McCutchen took his time with me and asked a lot of questions to get to the heart of my issue. I’m really pleased. And his staff is great too.

I had a really uncomfortable sore throat come on quickly. I was not able to get in to see my general practitioner but I remembered I could call Dr. McCutcheon. I was able to be seen that day, the appointment was efficient, the office staff was great and I was on my way to feeling better quickly.
