I have been going to Dr Lochner for something like 20 years. He’s the best and I couldn’t recommend him more. My mom passed a couple of months ago and today, I had a very hard time being in the office, where I once brought her to see him. The staff and doctor were all so kind and caring. I love them. Thank you to all of the staff and Dr Lochner! They are the best.

I was pleased with the doctor. He was much, much better than the other optometrist I saw previously. The staff was great.

Dr. Lochner is very professional. The establishment is very clean and inviting. There are plenty of choices for frames to choose from. The staff is welcoming and I felt like I was visiting my family. If you are looking for a an optometrist visit Dr. Lochner.

The exam went fine on 9 Dec. However, here I sit on 10 Feb without the prescription sunglasses that were ordered. If they weren't already paid for, I would probably just cancel them. Sure am tired of squinting.

Dr Lochner and his staff our very professional and helpful. Dr Lochner took the time to help me understand everything about my vision.

My 2nd year to be at this office. Proximity to my place is less than a mile, office is clean. Dr Lochner is excellent, very professional. Vicky is very helpful, I really like her. She knows her stuff. There’s plenty of nice frames to select from. I’d give them a 5 star although the “reception” is a little “cold”…Could be just their personality, too busy, or 9:00 am is a little early to be cordial and answer some questions…those I’ll dismiss though, even referred a friend.

Dr LOCHNER always gives the best and thorough eye exam. My family has been going here for over 10 years. But my favorite employee there is Vicki. She always picks the best glasses that are most flattering to your face. She spends a lot of time asking questions to ensure you pick the right glasses for your lifestyle.

The staff are really friendly and professional. They helped my picked the right frame and offered me reasonable prices for each frame

Really enjoyed my first visit to the office. Super nice and helpful staff and the doctor was great! I really appreciate the insight of the staff regarding insurance reimbursement! Excited to get my new glasses!

My 3 children and I all managed to get appointments together which in itself is AMAZING and much appreciated but more importantly all the ladies who helped us were fast,helpful ,and made the visit such a joy ..The Dr. Caring and full of patience when giving our exams and explained everything and made great suggestions for the continued care of our eye health ...the selection of eye wear was great for everyone and I definitely am going back for my contact exam ! Dr. Lochner is great but I have been waiting on my frames since May 2021. I have reached out to the office a couple of times every few months to ask how much longer and I keep getting told I would receive a follow-up and I don't. I have received no follow-up to this date or given an alternative solution.

What a great experience! Most eye doctors offices are stuffy and don't feel inviting at all, but NOT at Dr Conrad's! Everyone was so welcoming and really don't care to lie to you just to make a sale! I'm so grateful for the referral to this eye doctor! Ask for Vicki or Alexis!

I was curious on my way to the appointment what I would find ot. I was pleasantly surprised to find I really liked all the people employed there, the Eye Dr. And the service was very personalized. I don't think I could have a better experience! I am so happy I found this Eye Dr. Conrad Lochner! He even referred me to a handyman.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lochner III, for 9 years. All I have to say is that it’s a phenomenal establishment. Most of his staff have been there since my first visit, all have been pleasant, easy going, informative, and helpful. Front desk, testing, questions, sales and fittings, and even just a good conversation. All around welcoming people. Dr Lochner III, knows what he’s doing. Sounds silly to say but there are doctors out there who do not. 10 years ago, my vision in my left eye started to become abnormal. I saw a different doctor during that time that said it was fine and nothing would come of it. 4-5 years ago it started to progress rapidly. At the time I was seeing Dr. Lochner III, he listened to my concerns and probably odd descriptions of what symptoms I was experiencing. He referred me out, bounced around specialists, subsequently leading to be diagnosed at UCLA. I’ve seen A LOT of eye doctors in the last few years and he is still the best. Personal and professional. It’s nice to be seen by a doctor who genuinely seems to care and takes time with each patient. I never felt rushed and Dr. Lochner was attentive to my needs, answered all of my questions and he has a great office staff as well.

Dr. Conrad Lockner’s staff, Vicky, Donna and Jessica had been such pleasant and caring personnel..They answered my questions and assisted me filling blanks on my personal file..Jessica explained eye procedures she had to perform, and answered all my questions.. She was very reassuring! The office has enough lighting, clean and pleasing to the eyes...Many styles of eyeglasses to select from.. Dr. Lockner who had been my physician since 2017 had never changed... very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating..He explained everything he will do, and its rationale...He explained results of his findings, medications he ordered and some eye medicines OTC I have and what to continue. He gave me samples of an eye medicine to use for very dry eyes , and advised me to call his office for any positive or negative feedback about this medicine ..He reassured me about this medication...all my questions ,my fear, were addressed by Dr. Lochner... thank you Dr.Lochner.... sincerely. The staff here were extraordinarily nice and very helpful. The entire process from setting up an appointment to picking out glasses (they have a huge verity) was easy and stress free. The Doctor was personable and seemed to genuinely care by taking time to actually talk with me and my wife during our appointments. We had a wonderful experience and I personally highly recommend Dr. Lochner’s office! The staff here were extraordinarily nice and very helpful. I love Dr. Lochner! He has been our family optometrist for many many years and gives us the best care, takes time to explain and goes above and beyond to offer us the best care. I have a complex situation and he never gives up on me. I highly recommend him!!!

I would love to give negative stars if possible. I've gone here for the past 5 years. I sent my wife in (who's black) to look at new frames. Mr. Lochner saw her and came out from the back and told his associate "tell her we don't accept credit cards". I guarantee if he new it was my wife he never would've said that, he said that because she was black. I'm a CEO of a large company and my wife is a successful Scientist. We pay cash. Horrible customer service and don't worry, we won't be back. It's pretty obvious that every 1 star review, gets a fake 5 star review days later. I would love to give negative stars if possible. Very rude, have been a customer for 12 years was told by vicki today how I should spend my money. If we can have dental work done we should get new glasses. Wouldn't adjust the glasses we purchased from them because she was due a eye exam. Said she would adjust glasses if we get the exam

She was so patient and didn’t make me like I was annoying her or rushed to get off the phone like other Offices. The Dr. was very nice and answered all my questions. The communication on a professional level is superb. Glasses come in quick and to order. Benn going to Lochner for many years at his Henderson office.

Stay away it took 8 visits 2 pair of frames and 5 sets of lenses before my glasses were correct. Vicky is a liar and Dr. Lochner is verbally abusive to patients and staff. If I could give negative stars I would!!

Horrible service, prices were outrageous, the doctor treated me like a 5 year old and he was above me.

I took my son's glasses in and was told it would be 7-10 days. Well it was a month and numerous phone calls of getting the run around every time for one thing or another. I won't take him back there.
