A positive experience so far

Dr. Zastrow saw a family member, a man in his 90s who is hearing impaired but otherwise quite sprightly. I attended the appointment with him. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Zastrow‘s command of her specialty, and also with her compassion and ability to take the extra time to discuss my family member’s issues with him. I think she may have spent her lunch hour with us as well as the scheduled appointment. She gave clear, sound, unflinching advice, and took a great deal of care to make sure that she was understood. I think she has a gem and would recommend her highly.

Worst Doctor visit I have ever experienced. I have no idea who these people are that speak so highly of this person. I have been in pain for years and was excited to finally get relief after my tests showed vascular issues in my legs. She was terse, brought up that it "took 20 minutes to check me in" (like it was MY problem?) She discounted my pain throughout the appointment. But she would do one vein and maybe it would help. She was dismissive of my issues and arrogant in her demeanor. It's too bad, the nurses were lovely, and I fear they are working for a bully. = No Stars.
