Dr. Maleki is extremely helpful.

The office is unorganized. I made an appointment to have a procedure done in the current year and when I got there, was told it wouldn’t be done until next year. I specifically asked before making the appoiment if it could be done his year. So now I’m screwed with my deductible and was called a liar by the doctor and office staff that any of them would have told me that. Why would I make it up? Do yourself a favor and find a better organized office. The office is unorganized. I've been seeing Dr. Maleki for years ever since he successfully removed a small malignancy under a finger nail which had returned after a previous dermatologist had removed it. I'm in my 70's and he is one of the best doctors I've ever had. The waiting room is clean, well appointed, and the staff is very friendly, well organized, and professional. I have never had a problem with an appointment nor have I had to wait long during an appointment. He always takes time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. I have been seeing Dr. Maleki for over 15 years. Dr. Maleki is by far the best dermatologist or Mohs Specialist in Ventura County. I'm here today because of his great skill and knowledge. Paul F.
