I felt very relaxed and very at ease with no pressure to make a decision right then and there. The price is higher than I thought but I think that it's going to worth it when it's all done and over with. Dr. Stutz I felt like he is very concerned about the way My implants are not fitting right in my bones.

It went good. Really good. They worked fast, I think. And everyone was super duper nice to me. It was great service.

The staff was so nice. Everything was explained about the procedure process throughly. They made sure all my questions were answered and if I had any other questions they made sure to tell me to reach out.

My second oral surgery with Dr Stutz, both went well without complications. Dr Stutz, front desk, billing, and room staff all deliver exceptional patient experience at there individual points of care.

Dr. Stutz is amazing. I have suffered for years with TMJ pain and one trip to see him with Xeomin made my life completely different!! Now on my second treatment. The office is great and they work with you and your schedule. I highly recommend and will choose Dr. Stutz for any other oral surgery or care.

Not only do I still have the cyst he was supposed to have removed, this doctor goes completely against Premier Dental practices by requiring CASH payment up front in full. He claimed to work with my insurance. He does not. After all was said and done, I over paid by $1000.00 and will never see that money again. Other than the receptionist, his staff is HORRIFIC. They don't know how to code insurance and they don't return calls. This surgeon is completely unethical, causing alarm for no reason, forcing you to jump at surgery thinking you have cancer. He refuses to take payment plans and requires payment in full PRIOR to services rendered. He is an embarrassment to oral surgeons and I have no idea why Premier Dental keeps him on staff when they've been made aware of his shady practices. Buyer beware. Get a second opinion. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. They have very shady business practices. They will Bill you THOUSANDS more than the price quoted at the initial consultation well after the work has been performed. I had to file a grievance with my insurance company and let them do the fighting for me. After MONTHS & MONTHS of back & forth between the two, my insurance co FINALLY got them to realize that contractually they could not charge me above the negotiated rate between them and the insurance Co. So I wound up paying several hundred dollars more but not the THOUSANDS that they were trying to stick me for. Dr. Collin Stutz and his staff members who I have currently met were very hospitable and professional throughout my visit. I look forward to future visits and with the outcome not changing one bit. The office staff at this place is HORRIBLE and unprofessional !! They should be investigated for Insurance FRAUD. I have had two separate incidents with fraudulent billing issues. I refuse to be referred to this office for ANY type of service. The billing staff has no idea of what they are doing and they give you misleading information as to billing and charges. The lady Janie that works with insurance claims actually hung up in my face because she couldn't explain to me why I being charged $200 for a visit that did not exist! She wouldn't stop cutting me off and she had no answer for me as to who put this claim on my account. When I tried to call back after she hung up on me, they kept sending my call and my insurance rep to voice mail. I will be contacting the corporate office immediately. Absolutely wonderful. Been through 2 surgeries with Dr Stutz and each time has been great . No pain after surgeries and pretty much back to normal life after . Highly recommend.

Money grubbing , i was sat in the chair the doctor at the last minute said there’s a extra change double the initial amount paid and immediately left the room. My negative review has nothing to do with Dr. Stutz's skills as a surgeon. We paid a HUGE amount of money out of pocket for a pretty complex surgery for my son...which we paid for with loan and by saving what money we could...with the understanding that once insurance paid them we would get reimbursed whatever the insurance covered (the surgery was pre-approved). It's been nearly 5 months now and all we get is the run-around--first telling us we had to call the insurance. I called insurance but the only claims they had for the surgery were from the office--not from Premier Dental. After calling again, I was promised a return call from the office manager--the last time being a week ago. I called again today and all they could tell me is that the office manager is out of the office for "a while" which after asking to be more specific, I was told could be up to 2 weeks or so, but that the office manager was new and 'backed up' with work. My experience was awful. I had an apicoectomy which I feel was rushed and failed. the doctor didn’t explain options and afterwards I got an abscess that spread to my sinus, cheek and he only gave me a weeks supply of antibiotics I ended up going to another oral surgeon who said everything was a real mess and very bad! I still have to return to my other oral surgeon and so far Dr. start his charge me two to $3000 and I feel I should be reimbursed. We paid over $1,000 to Collin M. Stutz before the procedure. We paid in full all what his staff asked us to pay without any question. Then for about a year we kept receiving bills for different amounts, about 4-5 different amounts. Every time I spoke or emailed his office staff I was told that the amounts are correct and that I should verify with my insurance. Every time I called my insurance I was told that the bills from Collin M. Stutz were wrong. Besides Collin M. Stutz not knowing how to bill properly, he refused to honor the in network savings and charged me the full amounts! Dozens of emails were exchanged with his staff. Then finally he called me, very upset and threatened me with destroying my credit if I do not pay. Throughout the year the office manager changed however both ladies lack of element billing and insurance knowledge, common sense, and curtesy making this a very frustrating experience. It is sad that Collin M. Stutz can charge anything he wants and if he does not get it reports his clients, who used to go to his network of dentist, the premier dental partners for about a decade or more, to the credit companies. I contacted the premier dental partners few times but there was no response, no help. Even the insurance company stepped in and sent the office a paperwork showing overcharging but they would not issue the refund. I had to contact them again and finally received a refund. How is it possible that from owning, being threatened with ruining my credit score, I end up receiving a refund? There was no apology from Collin M. Stutz not his staff. A similar case of overcharging happened with one of the premier dental partners general dentist which I discovered and notified the office. We paid over $1,000 to Collin M. The reviews left for Mr. Stutz here do not match my experience. If it wasn't for the pain I was in, I never would have gone through with the procedure. Maybe he is impartial to NON-White patients. He did not want to answer questions about the procedure and provided rushed one word reply's to mine and my husbands questions. He was VERY rough when inserting my IV and had absolutely no compassion. I asked to have him check my other arm but he seemed rushed and wanted to continue with the rough insertion of the IV into the first area that was more convenient for him. When we left, we had to call back 5 min later w/questions about the prescription only to find out that he was rushing so because he had to get to lunch. I definitely left feeling like Mr. Collin Stutz only worked on my NON White mouth because it's mandatory for the practice he is a part of. My 9y/o had two teeth pulled by Dr. Stutz and he was fantastic. From the initial consultation to the actual procedure, Dr. Stutz explained everything to us and made my son very comfortable about having his teeth pulled. Dr. Stutz was able to extract his teeth without removing his wire from his braces, which saved us time and money so utilizing an oral surgeon over a family dentist is the way to go. My daughter had a baby tooth situation that needed immediate help. Dr. Stutz got us in the very next day and was wonderful to my daughter. She was very nervous and he explained all her options and made her feel very comfortable. The procedure was so quick and we were in and out in no time. I highly recommend this doctor and his office. Dr. Collin Stutz, DDS is an extremely unethical person/medical “professional.” I was sent to him by my dentist for a tongue biopsy. Using scare tactics & lies he talked me into paying him $1800.00 on my credit card that day. “Unless you don’t mind delaying treatment for this very suspicious growth on your tongue.” He said that the procedure was 100% approved & covered & that the insurance company would reimburse me for the entire amount. There would be no other bills -everything was included in the $1800.00. ALL LIES! My insurance company had no record of his office getting pre-approval for this procedure! He also collected $200 from my dental insurance coverage! The actual procedure took 6 minutes total (including stitches.) Then I received a $375 bill from the pathology lab! I don’t understand how he got away with this scam; and I don’t think I was his only victim. If this happened to you, please follow my review with your own!

This oral surgeon is a crook! We went for a consultation, the doctor took Xrays, and a scan and gave us a consultation. The money he charged without insurance would have been $1636, and the contracted rate with my insurance company was $771. My insurance company paid $751 and I paid, that day, $250 in case insurance didn't pay. So basically, after I paid($250) and the insurance company paid ($751), this guy gets to keep my over payment of $200 in which I can do absolutely NOTHING about! What a scam artist! We went in for the consultation and he did x-rays and a scan, in which he was paid. The reason that I didn't go with him, is that the procedure in which my child needed, the doctor wanted $8000 that day, because he didn't THINK the insurance company would pay based on past experience. The doctor was great and called me back on the weekend to check on me but support staff were unhelpful and I had to wait two hours to be seen for post operative care while I was in significant pain and i was promised a 930 slot but here it is almost 1130 and I still haven’t been seen. Update three weeks later: set up a payment plan to be charged on the date of when my paychecks came in. Received a call today both informing me doctor agreed to payment plan and also asking me to please take down my google review. I was shocked at what I saw as the unprofessionalism. Called the morning of the procedure and checked on price again I would pay , had the procedure that afternoon and then they wanted more money than we talked about earlier. I had 4 teeth removed and the doctor gave me a numbing shot called Experal that was to last 3-4 days. I felt no pain at all after my surgery and did not even need any pain medication. The surgery was quick and pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Stutz.

Very disappointed with the attention. I went to get 3 wisdom tooth removed. I did not see the doctor until I was almost sleep with the anesthesia. Also, when the staff/nurse was preparing me for the surgery, she left me alone for several minutes while I was feeling the effects of the anesthesia. Being left alone like nobody was caring for me was very scary and I felt anxious. Also, the Doctor was not caring enough to see me when I woke up, so I couldn't ask any questions I had in mind, neither he explained important considerations for my recovery. My dentist referred me to an oral surgeon that was not to my liking. I found Dr. Stutz and went to see him. He fixed my TMJ and avoided a big surgery which had been recommended by a different surgeon. He's a doctor and a dentist which I really liked being that I'm a nurse an all. Him and is team have really got it figured out.

Had my wisdom teeth removed. They were friendly and accommodating. Followed their instructions exactly for aftercare and everything went smoothly and has been since.

Doctor Stutz and his staff were very friendly and polite, 40 mins and I was done with my tooth extraction with no pain after the procedure ????

Easily the best dental/oral surgery experience I have ever had. I came in on a Wednesday after suffering from severe pain due to impacted wisdom teeth which had resulted in a trip to the ER a couple of nights before. They were able to get me in right away on friday for the extractions and bone graft. I was under IV sedation, felt no pain during or immediately after the surgery, and was well taken care of. Staff are kind, the Dr is outstanding!!

Dr. Stutz in December, 2015 removed an impacted wisdom tooth and a decayed tooth and also did a closure of a sinus perforation as the upper removed tooth roots went into the sinus cavity. I highly recommend him and had no real issues whatsoever.

They make you feel comfortable and welcome they provide you with all the answers to your questions. They are awesome!
