Don’t see this OBGYN if you can help it. Treats her patients poorly, down right disrespectfully if you have the audacity to question her or suggest something is wrong. To sum up her bedside manner: trash. Should re-evaluate why she became a doctor.

Yes her staff is wonderful and nice. Her office need to be updated and her attitude needs to change for the patients. Definitely changed doctors because of it.

Dr. Wells was great she allowed me to feel safe and secure. Her office however, is some of the least professional, and disorganized group I have ever met. I went for my yearly wellness, they entered the information in incorrectly... so I had to pay over $100 in medical bills my insurance would paid. My insurance company even did a conference call with me, and advised them to change the information they were too stubborn and argued with my insurance company that it would be insurance fraud if they did this.... to themselves? Then They explained it would just be a wellness visit the next time I went in, and they attempted to charge me yet again! Now a year later they send me another bill which I paid the day of service. Have to go other places for any blood work or ultrasounds. Also she doesn't take her time with you so it feels rushed. Feel like I'm a new patient every visit. There are really just not many o.b.s to choose from around here. I live in Perry so it's either Northside Warner Robins or Macon. Someone please come to the highway 96 side. Dr. Wells and staff are always friendly and she has done a great job caring for my wife through two pregnancies.

Dr. Wells is the only OB/GYN I will go to! She has been my GYN since 2011 and has been very down to earth and personable at every visit. I never leave feeling as if there are unanswered questions. My sister and I have used Dr. Wells for over 10 years now and between the both of us she has delivered all 4 kids. We love her and will continue to always use her. Her nurse has been with her the whole time and she is wonderful as well!

I had a nightmarish experience with her and my pregnancy. She was rude and put out by any questions I had. I felt my child's life was in danger. She didn't want to give me the steroid shots to develop my child's lungs at 30 weeks even though I kept going into labor. The nurses seemed really concerned. I thank God another doctor was on call the next time I went into labor and gave me the steroids. My baby came shortly after. My child still needed to stay in the nicu. I don't recommend this obgyn.

Dr. Wells was rude and dismissive. She would not let me explain some concerning symptoms and talked over me. The nurse seemed to be mad. Didn't speak or look at me.

I met Dr Wells at 7 weeks pregnant and at 28 weeks, she dismissed me without any explanation and no reference somewhere else. At no point did she speak of a problem or try to solve whatever problem she felt there was. Truth be told, she didn't give me any more information than google did. I actually learned more in childbirth classes than from her. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone who has an option. They are now withholding my medical records for no reason. Unprofessional.

This is the BEST OBGYN in Houston County. She delivered all of my babies...I lover her and would recommend her to anyone.

Staff is very rude I have never been to a dr office with staff like theirs they are slow about getting to you especially if you are a NEW PATIENT it's like they don't care... If they had better staff the office would be perfect!

I am a military vet and now military spouse so when the Army says move we have to go. I had to move at 30 weeks pregnant and called this office in a military town and was told that they would not take me.I have never been so angry in my life. Its not like I wanted to move to this small town with nothing going on and yet I find myself here. I would never recommend anyone to this office based off this interaction alone. I am appalled. I loved Dr. Wells but her staff is the problem. The secretary/receptionist treated me in a very nasty and unprofessional way. She would always ask me, "Do You know your copay? Can you even pay it ?" I am a woman of color and I felt discriminated against by the secretary. Sadly, when I tried to tell Dr. Wells of my issues with her staff she completely skipped over the subject. Best OB ever! She was amazing with my wife and two high risk pregnancies. Office staff is always there. We are very sad we moved and she will not be our ob for future pregnancies.

I switched to Dr. Wells when I found out I was pregnant and have received excellent service there every time I go in. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and treat every patient as top priority. I enjoy going into their office and look forward to every appointment. Would not recommend anyone else.

Dr. Wells is an amazing O.B. GYN and delivered my son not even a month ago. Not only has my experience been great with her, but her office staff is always kind and there is never a wait. Recommend them to any expecting mom or just to get your yearly checkup.

Despite calling ten minutes prior to my appointment to see whether they were running behind (Staff assured me they were not), my wait in the waiting and exam rooms were both substantial. They seemed incredulous and offended when I expressed restlessness. Colleen was personable, although didn't ask as many medical history questions as I expected, didn't seem to desire to discuss birth control options to really help me decide. I felt rushed. The assistant, observing quietly, is more promising.

The other day I called to schedule an appointment to do a quick checkup before I went overseas. The first time I called, I selected the option to make an appointment. However, nobody picked up the phone. I thought this was strange, since most OBGYN offices I have been to have multiple people there to help schedule appointments. I decided to call back and again, nobody picked up. The last time I called the office, a receptionist answered. She was extremely rude to me and unhelpful. She informed me in a nasty tone that next time I do not reach someone, I should leave a voicemail. After such a nasty encounter, I did not want to go to that office. It is unfortunate for the doctor to have such a nasty receptionist because she lost a potential patient and might lose more.
