Dr. Colleen Smith

First of all that picture up there is not Dr Colleen Smith. I don’t know who it is but she is a female not a male. SHE Is a super doctor and I don’t know what I would do if she would ever quit or leave the practice. I can talk to her about anything she listens and we always get it taken care of. I’ve gone to her for at least 15 years.

Dr. Smith is great at listening to me to know what it is that I need. I can go to her and she will know what to do for me and explains why and what is going to happen. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Listens to you. Takes her time with you . I love the office visits with her. Super nice

My grandmother has just started having unbearable lower back pain. She went into to see doctor Smith who has been her family doctor for years and was treated as if she was a drug seeker rather than trying to fix the problem. I am very disapointed. The nurse Kathy also speaks to you in a very demeaning way. They told her not to use a walker or back brace and don't want to do anything for her to relieve pain or treat her.

Dr Shaffer was very rude to me. I was a young patient and applied for uncompensated care. She treated me as if I was garbage. She even diagnosed me with something that my current dr said I have no record of having. Dr Shaffer acted as if I was scum on the bottom of her shoe. My current dr looked through my records and the records don't show of anything that she ever diagnosed me with. No one deserves to be belittled at all. Now I'm currently a healthcare administrator and have come a long way from when I was Dr Shaffers patient.

Dr. Shaffer is a wonderful doctor, the only problem I have with her is: I am very over weight, I often wish she would mention this to me and make suggestions on losing weight. She never mentions my weight.
