Dr Pehrson and staff have been top notch in my diagnoses, repair and recovery. Dr Pehrson is a wonderful mixture of blunt, compassionate and informative. I think my recovery has been easy due to his honesty and professionalism. His staff always answer my messages quickly when I call or use the patient portal. I was well prepared for recovery other than a few things. Totally due to my own assessment and not listening 1. the pain was 0 other than muscle and ligament discomfort. He told me that would most likely be the case, but I had myself freaked out. 2. I thought I would be back at work sooner. Since there wasn't pain, it was hard for me to wrap my mind around not being able to get mobility and strength back quicker. Again, he told me it would take time. I guess I am impatient lol. I was in a car accident , plus my age of 61 with arthritis, caused a great deal of pain. Dr Pehrson did a full hip replacement that was a huge success. I have no pain and feel like I have had nothing wrong and no surgery. He is amazing, I would highly recommend him for hip surgery. He was kind, caring, understanding, informative, and treated me as if I was his only patient when I had questions. FANTASTIC DOCTOR!
