Dr. Clifford T Solomon

Dr. Solomon is a brilliant surgeon but he's more than that: he's a healer...with a focus on the person, not just the physical problem. I knew I was in the best surgical hands. Even my own primary care doctor said that if she ever needed spinal surgery, he was the only one she would go to. I heard that from a number of colleagues, including other physicians. Relief of debilitating pain was very important to me, and really, I expected it. Of course, Dr. Solomon came through a million percent on that count. But along with that, it was evident that Dr. Solomon drew genuine satisfaction from my own joy with a new lease on life. What mattered to me was clearly a measure of how he viewed success. It's not quantifiable but an attitude, something undefinable that comes across and makes all the difference in the world.

Dr Solomon is amazing. He is the best-ever in the country in Neurology . He is very professional and empathetic —and makes you feel comfortable really listening to what you have to say. However, in my opinion, you have to be able to get through some on his staff to get an appointment or at the very least a referral based on his review of a brain MRI which, as I understand it, was not even shown to him.

Friendly staff and Dr Solomon is very experienced, knowledgeable and attentive. Parking at his office was suitable, also.

Dr Solomon is a great Doctor and person. He cares about you and is very Humble. I would trust him with my health and well being. He spends time explaining what he can do for you and the outcome you can except.

Dr Solomon is the best neurosurgeon in the entire area, he has the best bedside manner, and is extremely humble. He has been our family’s neurosurgeon for over 22 years. He has performed more than 20 surgeries on our extended family (4 just on my husband, 1 on our daughter). We all love and trust this doctor, explicitly. God bless him!

Have been a patient of Dr. Solomon since 2000. He has the most pleasant personality and best bedside manor of any Doctor I have ever gone to. Have had 2 neck surgery and wouldn't trust anyone else

Dr.Soloman is excellent. After my surgery for a pinched nerve, I could walk with no pain. I was cured! I was delighted with the out come which was far better then I expected. I had no down time. I wouldn't stay in bed. I could do everything but tried to slow down. My scar never needed attention. It is small and dry. I am feeling so good. He's just the best. Dr.Soloman is excellent. Dr. Solomon had a horrible mess to fix, because my prior fusion (merely 12 months earlier) had failed. I met with him for a consultation, which lasted over an hour. He never made me feel as though his time was more important than mine. He was kind, caring and confident. I then took to a second opinion out of Philadelphia PA, who made me wait nearly 3 hours after driving 3 ... he wanted a posterior and anterior approach, bye-bye! Dr. Solomon, along with Dr. Davis removed my hardware, decompressed the nerves and implanted the new hardware without delay. My surgery was on a Tuesday and I was HOME that Thursday. It's been maybe 15 years since I was fortunate/blessed to meet this unique Doctor and Anointed Neurosurgeon. I was suffering from L5;S1 herniated, bulging disk on a nerve. Discomfort/Pain. I had consultations with quite a few Washington Metropolitan Area Neurosurgeons prior to getting a recommendation from a longtime Annapolis Business Associate. He suggested I call Doctor Clifford Solomon. He said this Doctor was the very best. He told me Doctor Solomon designed his own instruments to do minimally invasive surgery. He went on to say how people were requesting this Neurosurgeon around the world. I made an appointment to see Doctor Solomon who was very accessible. When we met, I provided a MRI X-Ray. Doctor Solomon looked at it and said, your in some pain with that disk bulging on that nerve. Not one of the previous Neurosurgeons I'd consulted with, commented or mentioned bulging disk on nerve. Dr Solomon is a bona fide magician. In addition to making bunnies appear and disappear at will, he worked his magic on my back. At age 80, I was active in personal training and horseback riding until pain in my legs stopped me. Dr. Solomon was positive from the beginning, did a laminectomy on my lower back, and after three days of discomfort I was up and walking with absolutely no pain. I would recommend Dr. Soloman, and have done so. I had discectomy surgery in 2007 on my and am still pain free for the most part. His bedside manner is awesome, his office staff and friendly, caring and courteous!

A year ago Dr Solomon performed a chiari malformation decompression surgery on my brain. This man saved my life I had been suffering for over 25 years with pain and severe mood swings seizures blackouts. This man saved my life my brain had been outside of my skull for I don't know how long he makes you feel so comfortable and even though you know your dying he doesn't treat you as if. Dr. Solomon is wonderful, kind and caring. He spends time with you and will address your concerns. However, is office staff out front are rude and not helpful especially his office manager, Charlene.

Dr. Solomon takes his time when performing the initial consultation. He is kind, understanding and clinically excellent. He thanked me for trusting my care to him. He is personable and has a calm, relaxed demeanor. There is a staff of very well trained, empathetic physician assistants for routine care. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Dr. Solomon operated on my back when I could barely walk. I am a 51 year old very active woman who felt like I was 75 when I walked into his office. Since my operation, Dr. Solomon made the necessary repairs to my back and I now feel like I am 35 years old.
