Love the staff. Dislike their phone system. Cannot speak to a person; you have to leave a message. Return calls are generally the next day. No email, no contact online. Wish they would update their communication system.

The worst experience ever in trying to get treatment. Could not treat me completely, and then I guess just gave up. Still have the problem. The nurse, Kim, is very rude. Don't ever want to go back there again. Would not recommend.

Ferguson cut my parents nerve pills down from 2 milligram to 1 milligram. They tried to tell him that those 1 milligrams weren't helping, but he didn't listen.

My grandmother came in Dr. Ferguson office with a growth on her lip, he said he would send a referral to a dermatologist, after four days Dr.Ferguson staff still had not sent the referral. My grandfather went to Dr.Ferguson office to see what was taking so long, well of course the staff got mad,but they finally sent the referral and told my grandmother that her dermatology appointment would not be until August 1st, which was a month down road, they do not care for their patients like they should

He is extremely difficult to get a hold of when you have questions. Family members take a back seat when needing to assist with care. He failed to offer any sort of condolences to our family on the death of our mother who was in his care for years.

Dr Ferguson has been only Dr to help me have had same problem for nearly two years now and no other Dr helpped would either just act like they know and do nothing or just turn a blind eye and not help he has been an answer to my prayers thanks Clay for everything he took control of situation and found a solution amazing!!!!
