My son has been a patient of this Dr. for at least10 years. His treatment went well. On July 30th I came home and realized he had passed away.I called 911 when they arrived they called the Dr. got the answering service and was told they wouldn't weak him and they would have to wait til Monday to talk to him. It took almost a week and a half to get the death certificate .He still hasn't been cremated it will be two weeks since he passed. He was my only child and although he was grown he didn't deserve tobe treated this disrespectful. So just make sure you don't dye on a weekend.

They sent dad to Astoria in winter haven where my dad had horrible neglectful Care . This doctor did give the family to option of an autopsy . The office does not return my calls .
