I’ve been going to dr Tsui for almost 10 years now. Indeed my wife and two kids all do. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, professional, and has a nice smile that gives you comfort and ease the “dentist visit”. The staff and Dr Tsui take their time explaining any simple procedure they do and provide thorough and very informative info before and while doing it. The clinic equipments are always up to date. We LOVE everything about this clinic and appreciate what dr Tsui and her team for all the great services they provide.

Having not been to the dentist for quite a few years (due to an unpleasant experience/treatment at my last dentist, several years of relocating and COVID) I was eager/anxious to establish a new dentist with my wife’s referral. My first visit with Dr Tsui’s dental practice couldn’t have gone any better! I was greeted with a friendly staff and Dr. Tsui, all w/ big smiles and joyful moods. The setting was very cozy, clean, and outfitted with all the latest dental technology. Being my first visit, along w the cleaning, I went thru all the x-rays, photos, and imaging in order to examine and baseline the condition of my teeth. Dr Tsui was very thorough in explaining every procedure done and answered all my questions… nothing felt rushed and I have to say, you don’t get that nowadays w how busy doctor’s have become. Having established abfraction sites on multiple teeth I was slightly nervous about having these sensitive sites touched during my exam/cleaning, but the fact that Dr Tsui was able to avoid them the whole time and caused no pain whatsoever says a lot about the gentle care and precision she provides for her patients. So in a nutshell, my 1st day back to the dentist has been very satisfying and has reset my ease in going back to the dentist! Thanks to Dr Tsui and her team!! I can actually say I look forward to my follow on visits to address filling of my abfraction sites so I can enjoy ice cream again!

This office is amazing, from the time you walk in your getting welcoming vibes. I was working in the area for 3 months and decided to get my checkup while here. They went above and beyond during my appointment. They also sent my imaging immediately so that I can have them when I go home. I wish I could move the entire practice to South Carolina. Thank you so much ladies, continue giving this top notch service. I will recommend anyone here and will come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Both my kids and I have been working with Dr. Tsui since 2005, I am very satisfied with the professional practice of her and her team. I have no reason to leave and switch to another new dentist, will keep staying with Dr. Tsui as long as I can.

I really love Claudine and her staff! No more will it be an unpleasant chore to go the the dentist. The hygenist cleaned my teeth so carefully and precisely, without hurting me, that I was actually able to close my eyes through the second half of it. She was very attentive to every detail, I felt her kindness. Claudine is a great doc, she put in two crowns for me and filled cavities after a long time of neglect. She is a genuine human being, the kind of person you'd like for a friend. You will not regret your decision to be their patient.

I came to Dr Tsui a few weeks ago with a terrible oral history over the last decade or so. Not only were her & her time very professional & friendly, but each step along the way they explained every step along the process for me to get back to a healthy oral hygiene routine. After getting 3 old fillings taken care of last week, I returned earlier today for another filing & tooth extraction... Dr Tsui calmly & very professionally explained what needed to be done today, & also every step she & the referred periodontist will do to get me back to whiter teeth & healthier gums. I am actually excited about what the future holds for me in regard to the final stages of getting my smile & confidence back to my teen & collegiate years...
