All they cared about was money and the wait time was a joke and a very disrespectful attitude

Too long to been seeing. I was there for 2.5 hrs. Also, they never answer the phone and when I left messages they never call back.

Every time I have gone to see this doctor the wait time gets longer and longer. Today was the worst. I had a procedure set up and waited two hours. Patients came in and out and I was still sitting there. I asked what was going on and was told there was only one procedure room but meanwhile saw patients that came in after me being called in for procedures. When I was finally called in they put me into some room and did not even know who I was. Then the girl said loudly outside the room that I was rude. That’s when after more then two hours waiting and no apology and them being rude to me I got up and walked out. Why bother making an appointment for a procedure if they make you wait hours. Time to find another doctor.

All they care about is money, they don’t care about your health. I had a brain tumor and was out of medication. I called 3 times and the pharmacy called as well. We tried to get a refill for my tumor medication and she would not fill it because I owed her a little money. I was on a payment arrangement and made a payment but they don’t care. All they care about is money. They make fake promises. When I was released from the hospital, she told me “I’m going to fix you” but she lied. She didn’t fix me, she left and forgot me to get sick. Nobody is answering the phone

Dr. Claudia and her Father are phenomenal doctors. Please understand that they take the time necessary to get a better understanding of your situation. Just walk in and talk to the ladies at the front office. They may not answer the phone because If you were a patient of theirs, you would love the sincere hardworking love that pours from their soul. I've known Dr. Hernandez for years, he's her father. Dr. Hernandez has family when he was younger and they had endocrine issues. This is when he just knew, which specialty he would be. So, be proactive and get your butt off the couch, walk into the office and tell them that you would like to become a family member. In the meantime, stop placing blame on others. I'm not good at computers and thought I marked that I believed everything was great and nothing should be improved when I did the opposite. Sorry for that. Here's the deal... she is the MOST caring doctor I have ever known. Her intuition astounds me. Her staff is great and, while extremely professional, lots of fun. I am so grateful she has been my doctor for approximately ten years now. By demonstrating to me why I should change my habits, how they were affecting my health, she literally changed my life.

I just recently relocated to town, I was referred to two Endocrinologist. Until I met Dr. Vogel. Very knowledgeable, yiu feel she cares, more importantly she was right on with my diagnosis, i have been misdiagnosed for years. I finally feel better, and I stared losing weight! I have so much more energy.

I have called this office 3 times to make an appointment and have NEVER received a return call. Every time I call I can only leave a message. I really don't know how to rate this doctor because I can't seem to make an appointment. I'm also reporting this to my insurance carrier.

Dr. Vogel seems to know her field, however she goes off on unrelated tangents, handles personnel business while your waiting, heard her going round and round with her personal health company. Doesn’t always listen to patients explanation of their symptoms. Upon first impressions she seemed great and encouraging, but with each subsequent visit that diminished. The worst was a three and a half hour wait, with a brief encounter, with me ready to walk out on her. MA has always been outstanding.

Went to visit Dr. Vogel (my 3rd and final visit). I waited to see her (3 hours) but had to leave in order to make another appointment. She isn't very knowledgeable and she prefers to talk over you instead of of answering questions. She has a RUDE way of just abruptly getup and leave the room when she is finished with you. She seems to blame everything on age (I am 50) and apparently people fall apart at that age. I will not be back!! 3 strikes and you are out! Please don't waste your time!

Called to make appointment and waited 15mins on the phone and kept saying you're the second caller bla bla bla. Never a real person picked up. So disappointed. Will look some where else.

I've been trying to set up an appointment to see the doctor the only one in Las Vegas that excepts my healthcare and they never call back this has been going on now for over a month. I don't recommend trying. Now I know exactly how the veterans field just on believable.

Wow where do we start. The waiting room was overpopulated and there were many appointments scheduled at the same time as mine. The MA was awesome! So we thought everything was going to go more smoothly until we waited an hour and 15 mins for Dr. Vogel to see us. When she arrived she didn't introduce herself, was wearing something I found not appropriate for a Drs office setting and had a very flirtatious nature. I needed an surgery and I tried to get an endocrinologist in town to manage my erratic diabetes. I could not get one. My surgery had to be postponed. My doctor called Dr. Vogel, she not only gave me a next day appointment she controlled my Diabetes with in a day. I was able to have surgery the next week. That was December. Since then I have lost 32 pounds and counting, my diabetes numbers are better than ever. I have the energy I didn't have in my youth years. i love this doctor.

I am a new patient and my appointment was at 1:45pm. I got there at 1:15 to check in and fill out paperwork. I checked in and sat down. At 1:45 no one had called me up to give me paperwork so I finally went and asked for it. I overheard office staff talking about how a patient slipped through the cracks and had to wait 2 hours for her appointment. Not a good first impression. I felt Dr. Vogel did not let me explain my situation, as she kept cutting me off and she seemed very opinionated.

The wait for my first visit was over 4 hrs. Making an appt or Rx refills were impossible! I found out the calls went to S. America!! One appt she walked out of the room I was in and never came back. She never said i could go or stay! I was so unhappy with the way she treated me I quit going to her. Two like experiences with endocrinologists caused me to go back to my regular physician to be treated for my Diabetes. Never again!!!
