Claudia Berrondo

We took my infant son to see Dr. Claudia Berrondo at Children's Hospital for his circumcision. He was normal and typically developing pre-surgery. After the procedure there was significant swelling and bruising. He did not nurse well for almost 24 hours post-procedure and when he woke up he just screamed until he fell back to sleep. As a parent, this was terrifying. Even though some of the swelling went down over the next few days, my son never looked as we thought it would post-surgery. We followed all of the directions for care as they were given. The procedure was not done well and he hardly looks like he had a circumcision at all. It is certainly a botched job. We are extremely upset at the results and now that my son is older, he needs to go under general anesthesia for a "redo" of this routine procedure.
