The office staff is unorganized. They are always telling me the wrong appt time now that I have had enough they say that is my paperwork time. It doesn't take 40 mins to do paperwork. Also they make you pay the copay before you are seen by doctor. They have no respect for the clients time. They also do not cancel appts when you call to cancel them. The office staff is unorganized. DR. BRIDGES IS A WONDERFUL DR. AND VERY SMART. ON THE OTHER HAND HIS STAFF IS TERRIBLE. MINUS ONE GIRL UP FRONT. THEY DONT TELL HIM ANYTHING YOU CALL ABOUT. IT TAKES THEM OVER A WEEK TO CALL ON LABS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE LOW AND NEED TO BE FIXED. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME WHY I CARE ABOUT MY RESULTS NOW I DIDNT SEEM TO CARE BEFORE. IF I DIDNT CARE I WOULDNT CALL EVERYDAY AND I WOULDNT HAVE CAME TO THE DR. IN THE FIRST PLACE.
