Great visit, I hope Dr Glass took care of my issues. The x-ray tech is first rate CSR. Too much paperwork for someone that was just there 2 months ago.

Great visit

Dr. Glass is amazing he takes time to complete a thorough assessment and helped to relieve my pain. I would give him a 10/10 if I could!!!

I appreciated the time taken & patience Dr. Glass exhibited during my first visit with him, & feel assured he will be doing all possible to help my knee condition. Busy office, but efficient & friendly staff, too.

Dr. Glass has been treating me for 2 years for foot and knee problems. He is always extremely knowledgeable and a well established orthopedic doctor. He’s always courteous and friendly as well as his assistants and staff.

Dr. Glass was very professional and through in his explanation. He was attentive to my concerns even referred me to another Dr. in the area of expertise I requested. Thank you Dr. Glass.

My visit was timely from the minute I walked in, less than 10 min waiting time, when nurse escorted me to exam room and gathered her information, Dr. Glass came in shortly thereafter. He was fully up to date with my records very engaging and had a great bedside manner, explained results,k answered all my questions....Dr. Glass and his Nurse, 2 THUMBS UP!!!

Dr. Glass listened well and was honest and straightforward with me. I recommend him.

Dr. Glass is awesome. Little wait time. Would highly recommend Dr. Glass. First Rate Physcian. My husband and I have been going to Pinnacle for years and we love Dr. Glass.

Dr. Glass is the best, great staff, little to no waiting time for appointment and the highest professional care one could want. It's the only medical visit I look forward to going to!

Dr. Glass was very professional and seemed to be concerned about the issue. He treated me with a shot , gave me exercises to do, and told me to come back in a month if it does not improve.

Dr. Glass is wonderful; I hate that he doesn’t do surgery of the knees any more

He is my choice repeatedly at Pinnacle and I appreciate him so much. Be concise when you visit him and he will treat you well!!!

I was very impressed with Dr. Glass. He took notes by hand and when I mentioned I liked that he said he inputs his notes into a computer later but that having to use the computer while he is with a patient is distracting. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Glass always takes care of my medical needs. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to treat his patients.

Great doctor! He very attentive to my issues. Took x-rays determine my problems and put in an action plan. I felt very thankful that I went to Dr. Glass.

Dr. Glass always listens to me and explains all so I can understand. He and his nurse Anna are always very professional and polite and friendly.

I saw Dr Glass today(Randolph Keith). He gave me some cortisone injections in my knees for arthritis and pain. My wife and I love Dr Glass. He's caring and compassionate. Thank you Dr Glass

Twisted my knee and I am out of town, got an appointment within hours and staff an doctor was great.

Staff is very, very helpful and supportive and very, very polite. Dr. Glass, was also supportive and helpful and polite. I'm so glad I've found a good Orthopedic Doctor, which I need. Thank you.

First time meeting Dr. Glass. He was very attentive to my concerns. X-rays for my forearm showed no fracture. He diagnosed my pain as Tendinitis and gave me two cortisone shots in the area of pain. First day my arm was in pain from the shots. It was a bit better after putting ice on it. Today so much better. Thank you so much!! : )

Dr Glass listened well to my concerns and limitations I impose on myself due to medical history and age. Explained what can be done and accepted my decisions. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Will ask for him if more treatment or questions needed. Thanks Dr Glass.

Efficient and had a good plan for dealing with my pain. He was friendly, listened to me, but also wasted no time in treating me (for which I was immensely happy!). He answered every question without making me feel as if he didn't have time. It was a great experience for a new patient in a lot of pain.

I was seen promptly. Both he and his assistant were friendly and efficient. I needed an injection in my shoulder which was done quickly and with minimal discomfort.

I had my first appointment at Pinnacle Orthopedics today. The wait time was reasonable and staff was friendly. My appointment was with Dr. Glass and he was nice, answered all my questions and made sure I understood all his explanations. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him. Overall I had a good experience and plan to continue with Dr. Glass and Pinnacle Orthopedics. NGL I had my first appointment at Pinnacle Orthopedics today. Professional curtious caring Dr Glass is outstanding

Quickly addressed my issue, friendly, set me on the path to recovery.

Needed cortisone injection. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic!

Great first experience! Dr. Glass did show concern on my hurt ankle! I was in so much pain and could barely walk. Dr. Glass did not rush. He took his time with me. I’m able to walk a lot better and less pain! I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Glass. Thank you so much!

I was given a next day appointment, wall called back 5 minutes after I finished the paperwork. I had an X-ray, saw the doctor, and was finished in about 30 minutes. A great experience. I had not seem Dr. Glass before, I really liked him.

Dr. Glass spent time to discuss my condition and provided a plan for treatment right away. I highly recommend him, as he has many years of experience!
