Clark Hunter Allen

Dr. Allen did a terrific job with my difficult back surgery. He listened to me, explained things well and performed a miraculous improvement.

I suffered with major back issues for years and had gotten to the stage where I was losing the ability to walk. Dr. Allen performed a fusion, lamenectomies and disc shaving 6 months ago and that has given me back a more active, pain free life. The surgery went extremely well and Dr. Allen treated me respectfully, honestly and as a person, who he got to know somewhat, not as a number.

I suffered with debilitating and increasing back pain fir years was losing the ability to walk. Dr. Allen performed a fusion, 2 lamenectomues a disc shave on the worst area, lower back. Surgery went very well and I am able to look forward to hiking and an active life in my 70's and 80's. Dr. Allen took the time to get to know me and I felt he was personally invested in this surgery.

I have had two surgeries with Dr. Allen and he is an excellent surgeon and has an exceptional bedside manner.

Dr. Allen's expertise in spinal injuries is of the highest of quality. He is extremely thorough in explaining to you and by showing you what he is going to do during your surgery. I felt very at ease in knowing that he would be giving me the highest of care. His N.P. Lori is also very caring and knowledgeable. The office staff is wonderful and always go the extra mile for the patient. I will not go to any other Neurosurgeon because for me he and his staff have everything I want and need. He explained my condition very well and gave me a good percentage that surgery would solve the problem. Rotoruter the spine away from the nerve.

Dr. Allen has done three surgeries for me. One fusion of my lower lumbar. One surgery for my neck following an accident from a hit and run. Another when my neck was broken while on a cruise. He does excellent work and is the best at his profession.

Saved my life...enough said? Everytime I thank him he says "Don't thank me yet" SO......THANK YOU DR. ALLEN......I realize I have a long way to go but at least I'm alive and kicking!!

Staff was wonderful ! Dr. Allen explains everything so we can understand it ! You walk out of the offices knowing you are in the best of hands ! Which you are !!!!!

Dr. Allen and his P.A. were both very friendly and thorough in explaining my MRI to me. They took time and answered my questions. I didn't feel like they were rushing me.

Only doctor I would trust with any neurological issues. He's smart, thorough, takes his time with explanations, loves his work, office is great and he has a wonderful sense of humor.

February 2004 he went in to do an hour worth of surgery on my neck four and a half hours later because of all the broken junk that was in there he finished up and I was in great shape for five years until I got hit by a truck and now I'm going to go to Idaho Falls from California to see him again because neck is in a lot worse shape and I don't want anyone else to touch me unless I had the opportunity for the laser surgery but Clark Allen is a god-sent and a very great gifted hand surgeon
