It's been a while but Dr Joustra delivered both my children and found my cancer. The quality of care was exceptional and he made sure I got all the help I needed with my cancer. As far as I am concerned, they don't get any better.

Very knowledgeable, listens well, I trust his opinion.

Dr. Joustra is an American Hero. His protocol for COVID, in my mind has saved lives and I will always be appreciative for the care given to my family.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Joustra in my families fight against Covid. He’s way ahead of the curve and he and his staff are so helpful and prompt. Extremely proud he is in our community! Look at him as an American Hero!

When the pandemic ends, history will remember the doctors who actually TREATED patients, and looked at ways to reduce symptoms and increase recovery time. Our family is grateful for Dr. Joustra and staff. Rhonda was such a huge help and very kind. This is what practicing medicine is all about!

We drive several hours to see Dr. Joustra. He and his staff have a terrific bedside manner and truly listen to your concerns. They are all very knowledgeable. We all love him and his staff.

The best and most caring dr ever. The only dr I trust!!!!!!

He is an excellent Doctor he treats patients with respect an all i can say that he is a great and caring Doctor

He and staff take a reasonable time to make sure you understand the condition diagnosed in "normal" words. Also, seems to make sure you understand the treatment and the consequences of the various choices.

Dr. Joustra/N.P. Robertson have been our family doctors for years. They are kind, knowledgeable and use common sense approach that we appreciate.

I saw the np and this is the absolute worst Doctor/ np I have ever been too.

We've been in Lamar for 4 years and Dr Joustra was originally referred to me 4 my elderly mother. He's wonderful with her, knows her history and treats her like a personal friend. His quick action and thorough ubderstanding of geriatric care, without a doubt, saved her life three years ago. I see him as well. I have several chronic issues, and he looks at the big picture and discusses options, rather than handing me a prescription and rushing me out the door. He goes natural route whenever possi
