After many years of suffering with headaches, Dr. Carr was the first to correctly diagnose and treat them using trigger point injections. He described the source of my headaches and explained how the injections would work in a way that made sense to me. I went into the ER with a headache that had lasted 9 days, and now I feel like a different person. It has been 2 days, and I still cannot believe how much better I feel. He knows what he is doing and I would definitely recommend him.

I saw Dr Carr in the ER at Northside Forsyth. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining tests, results, and follow up care. I found him to be kind and considerate.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional.Screaming at me in front of my 9 year old daughter.I would suggest that he take anger management classes the worst bedside manners I have seen in years!! I will never let him treat myself or any of my family members! I wouldn't take my pet to him. He has ISSUES!! Someone needs to report this man.This will not be my last complaint!I fully intend on letting his Chief of staff aware.The board will also be notified.Maybe he needs a new profession.
