Waited 2 years to see her and it was totally worth it. She addressed every concern I had and picked up on things I had never thought of. I’m very thankful for her time and all of her recommendations/orders.

I had my appointment with Dr.Francomano earlier in the year and it was one of the most productive appointments I've ever had. She suggested things that I had never tried before which is new and she was very attentive of my needs and has great bedside manner. The only issue I have is that her and her team take quite a while to respond to portal messages but I assume that is because she has quite a large array of patients to deal with. I am not sure why everyone is rating her so high. Communication is horrible. Does not explain well and her staff replies on the portal in a condescending way. I was referred to her by my amazing neurologist and am shocked that others have had great experiences. Virtually she has mixed up things about my son and I. Pretty much left with no real help or support for myself and with my son she has directed us back to doctors we have already dealt with. Outstanding Doctor! Very knowledgeable, explains things well and is empathetic to her patients struggles. I waited a while to be able to see her and flew across the world to be reviewed by someone who would holistically review my personal medical case. I had high expectations based on what I had heard and she exceeded them. If you get a chance to see Dr Francomano and have the need to you will not regret it. Outstanding Doctor! Dr. Francomano listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions. Very few doctors can take the time. The visit lasted 1 1/2 hours. The purpose of the visit was to confirm I have Ehlers Danlos Type III. She said there is no doubt I have EDS and sent me home with 8 pages of notes and recommendations along with orders for physical therapy provided by a EDS trained therapist, open MRI and an echocardiogram She will review these and get back to me for further treatment.
