I had an appointment scheduled for more than a month and they call me an hour before my appointment to tell me she isn’t accepting new patients! What great attention to detail, I couldn’t trust a “doctor” who can’t even manage to tell someone an hour before their appointment that they are not accepting patients. Awesome practice, great people and honest billing procedures!!!!! 10/10!!!

Went to Dr. Smith with strange symptoms, including gaining weight even though I was exercising and eating right. Dr. Smith accused me of being a liar, dismissed all my symptoms and basically accused me of being too lazy to lose weight, and brushed me off. Luckily my OBGYN caught the football sized tumor growing out of my ovary into my uterus. Funny enough, I dropped 20 pounds once they removed the tumor and gave me a complete hysterectomy. All those weird symptoms went away too. This physician's bias against overweight people could have cost me my life.

Dr. Smith and her staff truly care about their patients and treat them like family. Seldom have I ever experienced a caring "family doctor" in many years. Dr. Smith is like the family doctors we knew as kids but with today's technology and wisdom.
