I had a medical issue that needed attention right away and Dr. Besson and her office staff was very accommodating. I’m very grateful.

Personally, I never had issues with Dr. Besson, but unless you’re at the geriatric age, you’re not going to get the service you’ll need at the front office. I have gone here before without any issues until I had recently switched insurance plans with the same provider. I had a temporary ID for my new insurance until the new card would come into the mail. The card even had instructions to call them to confirm that I had this insurance and they straight-up refused to call or anything. I even told the front office lady that I have an online PDF copy that I’d be willing to send to the office’s email. She told me that they didn’t have a way to send/receive emails. I’m sorry, but every MODERN doctors office has to have some sort of communication system with email. At the time, she said I could pay the cash price of $125 for me to get seen (I waited since November for this appointment and I wasn’t seen until January. I also traveled an 1 1/2 hours out since I hadn’t found a new doctor to where I moved to) and I could just call my insurance company once she sent me a proper invoice in the mail. NOW, after almost THREE weeks, I get billed an additional $78 for a gyno screening and I was told that this wouldn’t happen. I’m calling tomorrow to get this straight, but I REFUSE to go back to this prehistoric doctors office.

Dr. Besson and her staff are exceptional. From the office manager to the nurses in the back Jessica who does the traditional mammogram and the young lady that does the ABUS mammogram screening are excellent at what they do. The nurse who also evaluates you before you see the is very informative and niceDr.Besson is a wonderful and caring physician please get to know her she has taken very good care of me.

Saw Dr. Besson once years ago; never again. She opened the door during my exam, while I was exposed on the table, and did not change gloves after using that gloved hand to open the door, touching the dirty door handle! She continued to do her gynecological exam; I was too stunned to say anything, I wish I had.

Went here while I was in college at USC and was having pain in my stomach. Made an appointment and the first one was canceled called for another appointment 2 weeks later and was scheduled for 9 AM. Got to the appointment and got some lab work done and dr said I had a cyst on my ovary. She didn’t give me any medicine or anything to help it go away she told me it will go away within a few weeks on it’s on. Recently I’ve been trying to make a dr appointment with a ob near me now and when I tell them I have a cyst on my ovary they ask me when and where was the ob I went to so they would have my records. I went to 2 OBs and they both told me Dr. Besson office doesn’t have any records for me. This is pitiful! Will never go back to her again! Horrible office staff. I never even got the chance to meet Dr. Beson. 1st appointment was cancled the morning of the appointment. Ok. Emergencies happen. No big deal. 2nd appointment scheduled. Called 3 days before the scheduled appointment to reschedule it. Was told my appointment was that day - the same day I called to reschedule. Weird, but again, ok. Maybe I made a mistake. Scheduled a 3rd appointment. Show up @ 1:30 for a 2pm appointment. Was told my appointment was @ 1pm. I know we all make mistakes, but I'm not that incompetent. Awesome Dr. and staff!

I tried to make an appointment and I was told to check with my insurance to see if Dr Besson is in my insurance network. I thought that is their job since insurance websites aren't always updated. All of my other new specialists/doctors done it over the phone prior to my visit. Plus, isn't that what the doctors admin staff job anyway? I told them that my insurance has in-network fee and out-of -network and it is my decision how I want to be treated. After seeing one star on staff courtesy and first impression and experience with the staff over the phone, I will not call back with insurance information. This new generation of work ethic is terrible. Front staff do not realise they are the first impression of the doctor's work ethic. If the doctor is allowing their staff to talk to patients this way, makes you want to think how is the doctor going to treat their patients. IF you have a great staff, you will have a great doctor. Each one them is a reflection of the other. I can't believe you need to be our own advocate and treat yourself because the world is evolving around money not the care of human kind.

Dr Cindy Besson is personable and just wonderful.

Nice, Christian music and feminine environment. Listens and cares for clients' every question and concern.

Dr Besson is a very good OB/GYN doctor. She is patient and answers your questions. She is quick with her exam and makes you feel comfortable. Nice staff as well.

Long wait times, confusing new patient process. Certain staff members lacking compassionate care. Prescribes SSRIs instead of contraceptives.

Incredibly unprofessional. Instead of providing unbiased information, Dr. Besson will try to influence her patients based on her religious beliefs. I would give zero stars if I could. Never returning to her practice. Extremely disappointed with her as a medical professional.

I been seeing dr besson since I was 19-20 years old. I never felt judged by her, and always felt comfortable asking her questions, and telling her things. I like her so much that after I had my son, I went back to her office because I was more comfortable there then with the OB I was with.

Dr. Besson is professional, thorough, caring, friendly, and helpful. The staff conduct themselves likewise. I've had to change appointments and/or ask questions and the receptionist has been polite and helpful. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment.

She can explain things better than other doctors. I trust her opinion. She has diagnosed me over the phone when other doctors were not good.

I like Dr. Besson. She is very laid back.,,

Staff was extremely rude to my wife, we don’t have any plans on returning.

Dr. Besson is such a caring doctor. She is available to talk and learn about her patients' needs. She has gone above and beyond for me, as well as to use her faith in God to guide her actions.

Dr .Cindy Besson is wonderful, but the front staff lady with the short haircut is extremely rude , mean, hateful, racist and loud! She is very unprofessional and will not make me return.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Besson is compasionate and makes you feel at ease in an uneasy situation. I would recommend her if you are looking for a genuine person doctor!!

Awful experience. Rudest staff, ever! The wait is unabliable long. And when they had me down for an appointment and then I called to make sure what time it was 3 days later, and they said they didn't have me down for an appointment. And couldn't get me in till the following month. They could careless about the people they are "helping." Worst place ever. If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't. Awful experience. I would not go anywhere else! You are not ran through quickly, Dr. Besson spends time with her patients to determine proper care to resolve your issue and not just treat symptoms. Definately the best !
